It was all worth to call ACE. Leaking problems are solved and they charged me the right price. Not to expensive not too cheap. This is the best.

the plumbing crisis was over! 1/3/2012

We had one of those ""crisis"" situations happen with sewage backing up into the tub and they were able to come out within hours and fix the problem efficiently and effectively. While I won't tell you it was ""cheap"" - services were reasonably priced and he offered me choices in how I wanted to proceed. more

As the plumber was leaving just now, I told him what great news the result of his estimate was, and laughingly added that I should put it in writing for him to clip onto his dashboard to see often - he agreed that it was rare for someone to be happy when the plumber came. more

Trusted plumbing company. I once had a leaky pipes in my bathroom and for some reasons, I called a ""cheap"" plumbing services thinking that I might be able to save some money. But I was wrong. I end up calling ACE to fix all the damages. more

This is the best plumbing service I ever had. I tried the others before but they were just expensive and the left me with another problem. Call them if you have leaking in your houses. more

repaired my shower pipes 9/19/2011

My cousin told me about Ace Plumbing several months ago and now I have proven how efficient they are because I got problems with my shower pipes. Its not about the pricing at all. When you get to work with them, you will know that they are the expert in this field! more

Something went wrong with my kitchen faucet yesterday. It was leaking, I thought of tying something to the leaking part but nothing happens. I decided to call Ace and the plumber came immediately and fixed my faucet in 45 mins!! Great! more

Ace fixed my bathroom pipes 9/1/2011

I need to replace my bathroom pipes. I tried calling local plumbing services but I end up paying more because their work was total mess. Ace had to redo everything they did! From now on I will only call ACE for plumbing services!!! more

Truely Professional: I have used the Ace for years. I am confident no matter what my plumbing issue is-they will give me the best option to get my problems fixed without ripping me off. The are all SO polite. From the minute Denise answers the phone till one of the guys gets here, I am always treated like I am the only customer they have and that they truely value my business! more

good impression 8/8/2011

The in-laws were in town and we were running the dishwasher to prepare for dinner and I heard dripping coming from the kitchen. I went in to find water spewing out of the sink drain and pouring over the edge onto the floor - this was not going to help me make a good impression on my father in law. I called Ace and they sent a guy out right away who diagnosed and fixed the problem in about an hour. more

200% satisfaction 12/16/2010

Jonathan, (ACE Plumbing and Rooter) was a saving grace. We are out of state and had a serious plumbing problem with our property in San Francisco. I found Jonathan via the internet yellow pages and really got lucky. Not only was he out there and fixed the problem the same day but it was within hours. Jonathan went the extra mile and assisted us with another unrelated issue by referring us and assisting with the completion of that problem too. As absentee owners, we had to rely on someone to have access to our property and their honesty. Jonathan fulfilled all of those requirements with 200% satisfaction. I can't recommend him highly enough to assist with your needs. more

I came home from work to find that my house was flooded due to a leak in my water heater. It was late at night and I called out this company. The office staff was very friendly and had someone out to me with in the hour. The plumber was very knowledgable and very clean. He even cleaned up the mess that was made by the heater which was not his responsibility. Not only was this company quick to respond, knowledgable, and friendly but they were very reasonable. I have used other companies during hours that cost me more that this companies after hours. If you want a great job done by someone that knows what they are doing I would suggest that you call them out to take care of you. I know that they took great care of me and I will recommend them to everyone I know. more

Highly recommended! 12/2/2010

Had a low hot water pressure issue. Called another company and they didnt seem to know what's going on and gave a quote. Called Santhoff and asked about the quote, and right there they were $100 cheaper. They were very knowledgeable so i asked them to come out. Sergio arrived about an hour after my call, found the issue and got it fixed right away. Good folks and will definitely recommend them to my friends. Thanks!!! more

I highly suggest you call up this plumbing company when you have problems at home related to plumbing. They did a good job replacing my tub. They even gave me a fair price for the work. more

I did everything 12/2/2010

I did everything in my power to try to get my toilet unclogged but after two hours and multiple trips to the hardware store I figured this wasn't the do it yourself job I thought it would be. Ace Plumbing was at my door in under an hour the rates are very reasonable. more
