Called needing them to come out to clean out bird's nest. They did that, charged me about $200 and indicated something on the invoice I needed fixed? Not clear?? Called back (within 6 months) because birds seem to be back. They said that I would need to pay another $100 to have them come back again. We noticed that they did not fill out safety section of sheet - which is something I paid for - safety inspection. OH, and I was told at this time that I had a "fire hazard" - first time to hear this - and need that part that was casually listed on my invoice. Asked them to come back and explain part that is needed to fix "fire hazard" and to complete safety inspection. I also told them that I might need dryer vent serviced so possible more business. They said that they wouldn't come back out without $100. Also, asked to talk to man who serviced my chimney and was told he would call me. Then got a call from receptionist and told he would not be calling me and just need to pay $100 if I want him to come back out. Not great way to treat a past customer AND probable repeat customer.
