I had my car in for front end work last Fri (5/10/13). I was trying to pick and choose what work to have done, but after speaking to Tom it was determined there was really no where to cut costs. On a side note there was so much rattling and strange noises coming out of my car's front suspension, every bump sounded like pieces were going to fly from underneath my car with any imperfection in the pavement. When I picked the car up I could hardly BELIEVE how much improved the car drove. Lets face it, a lot of times you can sink hundreds of dollars into your vehicle and get it back and think "what did I pay for again?". Well not this time. The car tracked better, drove straight and ALL the strange noise was gone. I picked it up so I could drive to Ames and back, and the drive was really a pleasure. The stress I had of driving with the windows down and hearing all the noises coming from my front end is GONE. I didn't realize how loose my car was until you guys tightened her up. Thank you all at Ace for allowing my old car to feel young and spry again.
