Normally I do not respond to these but felt inclined on this occasion. Although I am satisfied with Ace and would recommend to a friend, a few things from my last visit could be improved upon. 1. Improve accuracy of when the repair will be complete. My car was in the shop for two days for a relatively simple gas line repair. The evening of the first day I was told that my car would be available by the end of day two. Roughly at 9:00 AM on day two, I received a call that my car was ready. If I would have known this in advance, I would have made arrangements to p/u my car at 9:00 and save the inconvenience of not having a car all day. 2. The tires were rotated. Shortly, one day, after picking up my car, the low tire pressure light came on. I am assuming that this is from rotating tires, etc. and not resetting the pressure sensor. If this is the case, it would be nice to have had this done in the shop or...was the tire pressure checked when rotating. Either way, it seems that a step was forgotten / missed. p.s. - My pressure sensor still needs to be re-set and now I need to make time to have the tires checked. I assume since I have nitrogen in the tires, a shop has to do this. more

The only reason I've came back is because I received a year of free oil changes as a gift. The 1st time I went it took 1hr 45mins for an oil change and tire rotation, this time I dropped of at 8:10am and left instructions to call as soon as it was finished so I could pick it up, at 11:50am I called to check on my simple oil change and tire rotation. He asked someone else if my car was finished and they said they ha a couple more things to check. I was unaware these tasks take 4hrs to complete. I have 1 more oil change left, then I will not be returning more

I had been pricing brakes and rotors when I called Ace's. I'd never heard of them before, but they were very helpful on the phone. They wouldn't give me an estimate on the phone (which made me nervous), but offered a free inspection. They got me in right away, and when they confirmed the problem, they came back $100 cheaper than the guys that had the sale. I had my kids with me, and they had a nice play area. They said they could get the work done in about an hour. Spot on! As I sat and waited, I listened to their customer service. One customer was angry in general, and she was handled very professionally. Another customer was clueless but the staff took the time to explain the repairs and even explained the bill very thoroughly. They are a small family business, they put their pride in their work and it shows. Having never been aware of this shop before today, I know I'll be back. There is not a lot of pride or customer service left in this world, but I believe in sharing it when I find it. This is one of the good ones. more

I set up my appointment and was contacted by Mark explaining upfront of what initial costs would be with a promise to call before completing any repairs. They did call my husband before repairing and letting him know when it would be done. We picked it up today and were very happy with the service. We will definetly be returning if any problems come up. I was impressed by the thoroughness of this company taking the time to look at my total car and not just for the reason I came in. I also was impressed with the waiting area. It looks just like a living room and unlike other places doesn't smell like a shop. It is very clean. The staff were very friendly and we are very happy. more
