Have had my truck in 6times and a total of 5 months In shop all together since having transmission faults

I would recommend them to all of my friends and family! Corey, the owner, really helped my family out. Our transmission went out the day after we bought it. We took it in to him and he test drove it and gave us a quote of $1100 for a complete rebuild. After he opened it up, he found some other issues with it. He let us know, but did not charge us any more than the initial quote. He also knew we had just bought it, so he let us pay $600 up front and the rest in weekly installments. My family is very thankful for everything that he has done to help us! more

The Best in Texas 5/12/2010

I was in the area one morning visiting some friends. My damn truck quit moving on me. Accurate was the first place I called. My family has been in the automotive repair for a long time, so I know the business. Corey, the owner, got my truck towed in for free. I told him I was stranded and that I was from out of town. He fixed my truck promptly with no bullshit or price haggling. I appreciate everything he did for me. I will refer him to everyone I know. Do not take your car here!!!!! 11/10/2009

These guys ""repaired"" my transmission and it broke down immediately. Could never get them to fix it right even though it was under warranty. Will leave your car parked for weeks!!!!! Cons: take money without fixing your car more

some customer service???? 12/20/2008

Well my vehicle has been at Accurate for almost 3 weeks. Just for a new transmission. They guy has not even really tried to call my husband to let him know what was going on with his vehicle. The people that work here are not willing to even try to have any type of customer service. They are through trying to work on another vehicle from my family. more
