Rudest service ever. My home warranty company American Home Shield contracted with Accurate Plumbing. On Oct 20 Saturday I called them because my water heater was leaking. I was told they would come in to take a look on Monday. After my back and forth phone calls between American Home Shield and Accurate Pluming, they finally came in on Monday. And then after numerous calls again on Tusday and Wednesday, at last they replaced the water heater on Oct 24. Wednesday. So we had lived 4 days without hot water. I am sure that without my phone calls, it would have been delayed even further. Those people didn't do any follow up, it was always my followup calls to them instead. In addition, they showed no basic manner to their customer over the phone, they were really rude and impatient and terrible. When I talked to them, I felt like I owed them or something.The woman either impatiently told me that the claim didn't belong to her but to her supervisor Laura, or she would call me back but never. They said they would send my payment receipt to me, but never either.\r

Well after I paid $360 on Oct 24 ($300 for uncovered items, and $60 for the service call), I thought Phew, at least it's over. Guess what? It's not. Today I found from my this month's credit statement that they charged me again $360 on Dec 11. So I had to call them. Same terrible and rude service. The woman (this time a different woman. So I guess all people working for the company are rude uh?) not only didn't appologize, but claim I shouldn't jump on her for the claim. She said the accounting department would contact me after new year. From the previous experience, I wouldn't expect them to do that, I guess I will have to make phone calls again like before to get my $360 back. \r

So stay away from this company if you could. I will also file a claim with American Home Shield with this contractor.\r
