I am so grateful that I chose Accurate Electricians Service from the Yellow Pages. I could not have chosen any better service ! Eric and Joe came out to give me a quote. Eric gave me four alternatives, I chose one and in two days my outlets were all refurbished, I had new smoke detectors and a carbon monoxide detector and a new box ! A huge amount of work, done efficiently, quickly, cleanly and perfectly. I wouldn't have known they had been there except by the new equipment. Eric is great. A friend recommended Accurate Electrical Services. When I called they gave me an appointment immediately. Mike, the service technician, was very nice and polite. He walked through the many items that I wanted repaired and gave me a firm estimate w/in minutes. He completed most items that same day and came back a week later w/ an assistant to tackle the bigger jobs. The came right on time and spent the entire day working. We had to update fire/carbon monoxide detectors after putting on a new roof. Mike checked out our city requirements for us and put us up to code. We had sockets that didn't work,laundry room fan replaced,LED can lights put in kitchen on dimmer and we love those. It was suggested to have the main electrical panel checked as a preventive measure (house 32 yrs.). Mike worked on that got it all cleaned up, updated & helped us figure out what circuits went to what appliances, sockets, etc. He just seemed to go out of his way to be helpful. After calling 2 local electricians (no one answered and no one called me back) I called Accurate Electrical. First, their customer service is bar none. Second, Mike & Curtis showed up when promised, diagnosed the problem and worked HARD to fix my mysterious electrical problem. They even cleaned up afterwards! Mike Peratoner did an excellent job evaluating the electrical problems that we had and presenting options for the repairs. He did a great job explaining the electrical problems in common sense language and concepts that I could follow. He was careful about wearing shoe covers and keeping the house clean, and he repaired the problems efficiently and effectively. We recently purchased our house in Long Beach. We had not realized the electrical hadn't been updated since the 1950's. We had a HUGE job for these guys. Intially, we called for a new plug to be installed for the microwave as well as an estimate on everything else we wanted to repair. Mike came out, was friendly, curteous and gave us a great deal of information. Some things he knew he had to get confirmation on but once he did, he contacted us immediately with a full on quote for services. Mike and Curtis were here fo 7 or 8 full work days, working their butts off. They were both extremely polite and friendly as well as easy to talk to and chat with. They even handled my two little boys incessant electrical questions with ease all while they were doing their work. They were here for so many days, I kinda feel like they're family. Overall, great everything! Stayed within quoted prices, materials, and estimates, when a part of the job became more difficult and took longer than anticipated, they kept us fully informed of any changes or difficulties and then went right back to work at the problem with renewed vigor. These guys are fantastic! I will recommend them to any one I know and do everything I can to spread the word that Accurate Electric services truly do live up to their name and more. Accurate Electrical Services did a great job sorting out some electrical issues in our home recently. Our technician was very professional and clean. He walked us through what he intended to do before beginning the work, stating his expectations, as well as discussing other alternatives in case the problem wasn't what he thought it would be. He updated us as to his progress while he worked, and ended up troubleshooting problems we weren't aware existed. We highly recommend Accurate Electrical, because they show you the price up front, and there are no hidden fees. They also discuss all of your options, rather than defaulting to the easiest solution. I found them to be honest, and will use them again. more

Using Accurate Electrical Services was amazing; I was shocked. I have vaulted ceilings, and the family room was wired for a ceiling fan but no lights. Since the ceilings are high it was dark in there. I wanted Accurate Electrical Services to put in some recessed can lighting. There is also a very large, big screen TV in there, and I didn't want the light to shine on it. Accurate Electrical put in 5 lights on two different switches. That means if I just want light on the couch I can do that, or I can light the whole room if guests are over. I can also have any number of lights on at once, and they are all on dimmers. Also, when I got home you would never have known that anyone was even in the house. I was shocked. I thought they didn't come, but then I looked up and saw the lights. I don't know if they took pictures, but everything was exactly as I left it. I know they had to move furniture and cut holes in the ceiling, but there wasn't any paint scratches or shavings anywhere. These guys left it immaculate. They vacuumed and swept, and it was like they were never there. It was amazing, and we are very happy with the work. We also have a 3 car garage with 10 foot ceilings, and it was also a little dark. They put 3 more can lights, and now we can really see in the garage. Even my daughter commented. I have been in this house for 4 years, and I wish I did this 4 years ago. Accurate Electrical Services was clean, professional, and immaculate. They came with all their polo shirts tucked it, and they were wonderful. I would use them again in a heartbeat and will recommend them to everyone as well. more

The two guys who came out from Accurate Electrical Services were clean-cut, polite, knowledgeable, and smart. They patiently answered all my questions, and explained everything very well. Accurate electrical services were really great to work with. Eric was incredible. They provided prompt and professional service. I also thought that they were very fair in their prices. I highly recommend them, and if you're in doubt, just give them a call and get an estimate and judge for yourself. The utility company recommended us for repairs! Our on-call electrician responded and worked through the night to replace Mike's main electrical panel & restore power by 6am.
