wow!! 1/6/2012

When I call for info, the owner (I did not know he was until later) answers and addresses all of my questions on my newly purchased 1995 Honda DelSol. The coupon says oil change as well as a front to back complete inspection. The car only 2 weeks old, driving great without a spot of anything on my driveway overnight needs an honest appraisal of what if any might be needed to keep my Red auto going. The oil is changed, any other needs are suggested along with a list of all that is right with the car, a list is compiled of needs from right now (back brakes and timing chain) to a few other needs in the near future, and I drive off very, very satisfied with honesty, up-front approach and a superior job mechanically of fixing up my new purchase. My advice to you for Gil and his Accurate Car Care is go ahead, call him, and see how greatly satisfied you'll be with superb service as he and his mechanics provide. As they say, 2 thumbs way up!! more

Accurate Automotive Services has excellent service. I can trust Gilbert, the guy I've been going to for a few years, and that's the main reason why I keep going back. When he tells me I need something, I just go ahead and do it, and that's a big plus. Anytime I need a ride to get there, that's just one of the things he'll do, and that's a big plus too. L. I have taken multiple cars to Accurate Automotive Services for about 5 years now. One of the things that stands out to me about this place is the personal service they provide. They break it down so that you understand everything. I'm not a mechanic, and they are still able to explain things to me easily. They'll let you know if something's an urgent fix, or potentially costly to repair versus things that can be deferred to a later date. I can't recommend them enough! John Brooks more

Ended up with wipers I didn't need to be changed 10/27/2011

I was told by accurate that my wipers needed to be changed so I had them done. When I showed my old wipers to my brother-in-law, he said they didn't need to be changed. Accurate also recommended that my car battery be changed so I went back to the Toyota dealer that installed it. They looked at the receipt of the test that was done and they said that the battery test done was incomplete and that my car battery didn't have to be changed yet. more

Having had so many terrible experiences with auto shops, it's a pleasure to recommend one where you get honest answers and conscientious attention to detail. From front desk to garage to accounting, everyone seems to care about excellent service, and I don't leave the place feeling like the philosophy is to "up-sell" the customer on services or repairs that are either needless or have marginal benefit.
