I went to Accurate Auto when they offered a free oil change for my birthday. As part of their offer was a complete safety check. I was impressed with their thoroughness of their safety check. Tomorrow I'm returning to have their recommended repairs done. I have complete confidence in their abilities. more

My first experience with Accurate Auto was my need for a new radiator for my Jeep Liberty, I have never needed any major service before and did not know what to expect. Julie from Accurate auto was great to work with.\r she had an estimate within an hour and the repairs were made quickly. I will be going back for sure. more

My car broke down and they were able to get me in that same day and get the car fixed. more

Our 1999 VW Passat needed a long overdue timing belt and we decided to shop it around to compare it to the Dealer's estimate. \r \r I called Accurate Auto for a bid and she called me back within 20 minutes. She told me all of the things that the repair involved and how much -- it was $50 more than the dealer, but they repaired a leak, and replaced many more parts than we would have known about. No extra labor charge -- just avoiding future headaches.\r \r The repairs were done before they said they'd be. I'm very impressed with their work & scheduling. Will definitely go back. more

I couldnt be there myself but, My fiance came in with our new 2month old baby girl, and her being hungry, before they talked shop Julie got a cup and filled with hot water so my fiance could warm the bottle to feed our daughter and gave my fiance company while she was feeding her. Asked her a lot of helpful questions and my fiance(not being able to get out much right now) absolutely loved the friendly conversation.\r \r Overall affordable, friendly, and worth the travel. more

I have been there twice now. Once for a VW R32 and now my Toyota Camary. more

I have been there twice now. Once for a VW R32 and now my Toyota Camary.\r \r Being very little mechanically inclined, I, at first call about my toyota asking about wanting to replace my Timing belt asked about price, timing and all that. Julie asked(after telling her about toyota already checking the car out and figuring out what it needed) me and informed be about the benefits of replacing the water pump and minor seals because the car has many many miles on it. I asked her if I could bring in my own parts to lower the price and she said ""oh yeah, no problem"". She called me about a wrong part the auto parts place gave me and asked if I wanted to pick a different one up with the loaner car they provided me with or they put in one they had that was slightly more expensive(not a huge price difference so no biggie), told her it was okay to put the correct water pump in and all in all, for all my parts and their one part and labor, less then $500(again, including labor). For timing belt replacement, water pump replacement, crank seal, cam seal, tensioner(upper and lower), idler, and two drive belts ALL REPLACED. AMAZING!\r \r Pros: They know what they are doing(confirmed by a trusted mechanic and friends), friendly customer service, affordable, has a great gas milage loaner car, answers any questions you have and answers the phone right away when you call. Julie is amazing and when I mentioned I brought in the VW R32 previously, they had the car up and showed me how severe my car had caused itself. Highly reccommended. =]\r \r Cons: They are in Tualatin/Sherwood and I live in Gresham. =/ more

The team at Accurate Auto made the DEQ 'FAIL, experience pleasant from start to finish. I have looked for a shop that I felt I could trust for sometime and I know I have found it. They were honest and understood my needs from the start, even running my car thru DEQ for the pass. The work was done quickly and completely the first time, with none of the pressured sales tactics of many shops. Every person I came in contact at the shop was friendly and looked happy to be there. After leaving the first time I felt a great sense of relief that the job was done RIGHT. I now have the car in for a repair that Beaverton Toyota quoted at $3-4,000 and I will be paying less than half of that through Accurate Auto. I trust them and won't hesitate to go back and recommend to others. The staff is AMAZING! more
