I am very positive about AccuServe. They replaced the 15.6” screen on a nearly new Toshiba laptop. It was damaged because I packed it into a suitcase instead of carrying it on a recent flight. I was pleased with the speed of service, price and performance of the screen. I could have saved some money by buying the screen and installing it myself, but I believe it is a bad idea to split responsibility among two vendors. If the screen I bought directly from the supplier had a problem, than the screen seller could rightfully argue that I did something wrong during my installation or the screen was damaged in shipping. It is much better to have AccuServ have full responsibility for supplying the screen and provide the installation service.\r

Last week I had an external hard drive refuse to work so I brought it to AccuServ. They were able to recover the data and transfer it to a new hard drive. Great, because I did not want to lose all of my family pictures, which are important to me.\r

I can recommend AccuServ and will use their services again.\r
