MOVING PRO'S and happy we chose them. 6/23/2010

Caesar and his team were on time, neat, and very professional. They were upfront about everything that needed to move and delivered 100% what they informed us it would be. They were courteous and friendly and what ever we asked them to do they did without issue. Earlier this month they gave us the estimate upfront and then calculated the cost as time moved on. They packed everything neatly and were very careful with our flat screen TV and other electronics. They packed our Art carefully. When they unloaded the truck at our home they were equally careful placing everything where we told them to. I would highly recommend this crew. In fact I wish they were here in IL. Great cross country move from Los Angles California. Would use again. Pros: Great crew moved us. Cons: -- more

Outstanding job. They were quick, efficient, careful and very nice, They definitely quelled our fears of moving in Chicago and would happily recommend and also move again with you. Fast turn around which was nice. Pros: Gave us what we wanted and not a penny more. Cons: Cant think of one. more

Very happy with Acclaimed Movers this week. Had them move us on Saturday. They all knew what they were doing and were quick. We need bubble around the T.V. but I did get it because I the men did a very good job wrapping things. Over all it was a good moving day. Pros: Great moving day, fast, helpful.... DO NOT book a move with Acclaimed 6/8/2010

If I could give this company negative 5 stars I would. I booked a long distant move (LA to NYC) with them in June of 2009. I cancelled my move with them because they informed me of a $600 quote increase 5 days before my move, though I had been asking for a confirmed price for almost 2 months prior. Now 11 months later and they still have not refunded my $100 deposit as promised despite my many requests. The man who answers the phone has ignored my numerous requests and is horrible at customer service. Cons: Ignores customer requests more

I was so impressed with Acclaimed. Very friendly and professional service. And even though they say they are a luxury service they are still very competitively priced. They packed up and moved our three bed house and worked so hard and efficiently. They were so careful with the packing and the moving plus they were all friendly. Good MOVERS 6/3/2010

This was the most professional and pleasant experience I have ever had with a moving company. From the first day each person I dealt with was knowledgeable and professional. The email responses to my numerous questions were prompt. They did a pick up at my elderly grand parent's house on coast and delivered to me on another coast. Starting from the first call I made to ask about the services, everyone has been so knowledgeable and patient and followed through. The day of moving, every single one of the men on the crew were polite, worked hard and took great care of my belongings. I have felt 100% secure every step of the way. Totally Pro 5/23/2010

Recently we relocated our office from a 2,000 square foot space to a much smaller space. Acclaimed office worked with me to coordinate all of the logistics prior to the move. We had four delivery sites since we had to give away a lot of furniture and open up a storage unit. Our crew was so professional, fast and hard-working. The movers were extremely friendly and respectful. We had so many boxes, every time I turned around there were dozens of boxes on dollies. The Acclaimed crew just kept moving the boxes always with a smile on their face. I recommend Acclaimed to anyone who is moving, I felt like these guys treated our possessions like they were moving their own things. When you spend 8 hours with a moving crew you get a sense of the people and the company where they work, these guys are the real deal. Total pros. Pros: Quick and pro Cons: Not in our move more

Moving is easy 5/21/2010

Im in the industry and have alot of furniture and 3 bedrooms. Ive used some of the most expencive moving companys in town, Wetzel and son, Russels moving and I must say Acclaimed moving was better. First off they charge much less and provided a great service. There truck was brand new, there blankets were new and staff were polite. I dont know what they give their men to drink but I kind of enjoyed some time chating with them. The four men also worked the entire time. Winning moving company. Look out for the best movers in town! 5/16/2010

I was having a rough time looking for a good moving company with competitive prices and I found Acclaimed movers, The salesman sold me on the company's goal in providing the best for there customers. He also told me to search the internet for reviews on Acclaimed and the other companies I was considering. I liked this upfront manner and went with Acclaimed Movers. This company provided a very good move for me. the driver Elly told me every time there was any extra charge before he did the action. I have used them and there good 4/27/2010

In the past 4 years in living in Los Angles I have used 5 different moving companys. Hated them all because of the horrible jobs they all did. A week ago I was complaining to a friend about having to move and how I have to find a new mover. He told me to us Acclaimed Movers after the fact that he used them and was happy. Used them this weekend and happy to say that the way there employs move is the way it should be done. I was very happy on the time it took and how they took care of my things. Great to find a mover. Organized team of movers 4/17/2010

I needed movers but there were a couple of small things that were important. First I live on a hill and trucks can't go up it. I got caught when I moved into the place 4 years ago so I wasn't going to fall for the wrong company again. I went to all over the major web sites and researched the companies that I had in mind. There were a couple of good ones. I chose Acclaimed Movers because when the estimator came to do the estimate I did?t mention the hill and the slab stone steps that I had replaced due to the last moving company breaking in the past, I thought this guy has experience when he said that they needed to place something to protect the steps. I told my self don?t jump the gun lets be patient. I ended up going with Acclaimed movers because they promised me the best moving experience ever. I started to laugh and said"" I hope so."" The move was Friday and I still have a smile on my face about how smooth it all went. What a team every one of the movers knew what there job was. No slacking at all. As soon as they got there they were straight to work wrapping the furniture and dolling the boxes out. The move was estimated at 9 hours with 6 men. They only took all together 7hours and some change. I saved $350 from the move. At my second location was organized and controlled with us just pointing to place the furniture. The stress I had on my move 4 years ago was horrible and I would want that to happen to anyone. I was on guard and a little hostile until about lunch time, I finally found a great movers. To top it all off a couple of hours before the end of the move John came to the new house gave bottles of water to his men and checked to see if every thing was going well. Upfront bunch of Movers 4/17/2010

I am a man of few words but I would like to talk about my move by Acclaimed Movers and Storage. I have herd about all the bad moving companies and wanted to do my research and find a good one. I found a couple of Movers but when I talked to the gentleman from Acclaimed Movers I felt I found a knowledgeable bunch of moving men. A English man came to my house introduced him self as John, answered all the questions I had. He promised that my move would be packed and taken in one day. He said that I would receive my belongings between 5 and 8 days. I received them in 5 days. He said I would be happy with there staff and a I was, happy bunch. The wife is the boss in my life and I am proud of it and when it was all done and we were moved she was happy as well. Other than being called Sir all day by the movers we were very happy and when the wife is happy I a??m happy. Acclaimed Movers and Storage in a darn good job for us for our move to Missouri.
