I have never liked going to a dentist, mostly cause with my husbands job in the military we can't afford much so I go by if it doesn't hurt it's ok. Well that doesnt do much good but after going to different dentists over and over I finally found this one. They are very understanding and go out of their way to help my situation . Best dental experience of my life! 12/14/2011

Thank you for always being so nice to me and my family and providing excellent customer service. And most of all, thank you for being so understanding and patient with me (I have horrible dental phobia) and getting me thro all my dental treatment. Comeing to your office has actually been the best dental experience of my life and it's because of you guys that Im finally getting more comfortable comeing to the dentist and I cant thank you enough for that! more

Very scared...not no more. 12/13/2011

My last Dentist left me with a bad taste in my mouth..rude with no compassion.I tried access dental and found Dr Bajonia and the staff so different,I was treated wonderful.I needed some major dental work done,I was very pleased with the outcome and how I was treated.I never thought I would say I was Glad I went to the dentist...I did today.Thank you access dental. more

aggressive dental cleaning and x-rays 11/30/2011

The staff is very friendly but I have never received such a brutal dental cleaning. I have had my teeth cleaned every 6 months since I was little and have seen my fair share of dentists.The cleaning hurt, my face was completely soaked and it was so rushed. My mouth did not feel clean either. Also the floride treatment was so disgusting. It tasted like bubble gum puke.The x-rays were so painful. The tech took a million x-rays and jammed the card board wedge into my mouth so many times I had sores in my mouth for a week. I really think I will be going back to my old dentist even though my insurance fully covers this dentist office. more

High-tech Dental Care 11/25/2011

Very friendly staff and high-tech equipment. Their x-rays are digital, they take photos with a special camera of all the teeth in your mouth for your digital dental record, and they use ultrasonic water to clean your teeth. Overall my experience was a very good one. I would have given it 5 stars but I had to wait a long time due to a dental emergency ahead of me. They offered me a 25 gas card because my wait was so terrible. I will definitely go back again! more

Different Dental experience 11/22/2011

After going to a private dentist for my entire life; I had to choose one that fit my husbands dental plan. I'm not use to having everything done in the same visit if a filling is deemed? Which means spending way more time in the dentist office than anticipated. But overall; the service is great and they are very friendly. more

aqu lo nico que encontr, fueron pagos y mas pagos, me quitaron una amalgama que tenia por aos y sin problemas y ahora perd asta la muela, me doy cuenta que como compaa solo les interesa el $$ y no el la conformidad d los pacientes, bueno yo hablo por mi. mejor busco una opcin particular. y espero que lo publiquen, no pongan solo los buenos comentarios more

Painless Root Canal 10/16/2011

I was a little hesitant at first but the Dr and asst calmed me down and there was hardly any pain. Recovery was fast too. more

Under the Drill 10/9/2011

Being under the drill (fri.) was NOT a terrible experience. The doctor and assistant worked calmly and kept focus on completing the job at hand.The staff at Access are mainly very pleasant people and their gracious personalities help make the treatments survivable. more

Oral surgery 9/29/2011

all 4 wisdom teeth were pulled out. I didnt even have to take any pain medicine after the 24 hours. Healing very well. thanks more

First visit 8/28/2011

At 48 I have had many negative visits with several different dentist. It is ALWAYS a painful experience in every way you can imagine. However, this Dentist was different, everyone, yes EVERYONE was super nice. Somehow when I made the appointment the dates and times from the service that referred me were not the same as what the Dentist had. yet the fit us into thier busy schedule. They have what seems to be all the newest equipment and are very union friendly. I would HIGHLY recomend this Dentist and feel comfort and ease on future return visits!!!! more

AFTER 5 YEARS I FINALLY FIND YOU...GREAT OFFICE STAFF AND FAST WITH GETTING INTO OFFICE. I WAS ASKED WHAT I WANTED DONE AND WE AGREED WITH A BIT MORE BUT I LOVE THE OUT COME AND CAN HARDLY WAIT FOR THE HUSBAND TO BE DONE TOO...THANK YOU FOR MY BRIGHT SMILE!!! more

These people has a high level of customer service experience. Very honest and hardworkers. They serve more than what is expected. I won't hesitate to recommend this Dental Clinic to friends and relatives. more
