They are pretty good with finding you a tenant at the beginning. After that all they are concerned about is their management fee. They don't do regular inspections, they will let you know if you have a maintenance issue, but they don't get authorization before they fix it, you just get the bill. When your tenant moves out, that's it, they are done with you. It doesn't matter if your place was destroyed, it's all up to you to deal with the damages and repairs. If they did their routine inspections like they are supposed to, your place shouldn't get destroyed. Like I said, all that matters is their management fee. Staff is NOT professional. I definitely wouldn't run my business like theirs and treat customers like they do.
