Great Karate, Great People! 1/23/2010

I was a student at AOK for about 4 years before moving out of state, but while I was there, it was great! The teachers are all very knowledgeable, and the karate they teach is very practical. It's a very friendly environment, and not one of those schools that teaches worthless stuff so you can have a black belt in two years--you really have to work hard and know your stuff at this place more
