I was extremly happy with every one that I worked with to get a new door installed. This was not a planned situation, it was a stressful on due to an accident. Satisfied with garage repair 8/10/2012

My garage has need repair to open twice in the last year. Both times the appointment time was after I called. There have been no sales pitches, and the first call included an additional remote opener. The first time, basic maintenance and user error was the problem. Second time I busted a spring. They were efficient, professional, and very friendly. 8/8/2012

It was a fabulous experience. Academy Overhead Door was very prompt, here when they said they would be, and even called and let me know when the tech was on the way. He arrived, looked at the situation, and gave me the exact same price as over the phone. In looking at the situation, he found a frayed cord and replaced that also. Technician arrived early in the designated time frame and appologized for not being here earlier! He was very professional, got the job done quickly and made some helpful suggestions. I was very pleased. (I was also very happy that it turned out to be a 225$ repair rather than a total replacement!) more

I was very impressed with their professionalism. They took my order on my first call. They informeds ,e of the total cost and asked if this was satisfactory. I was informed when the service man would arrive. He was on time the very next day. He was very friendly, efficient and thorough. He explained everything about the opperation of the door opener.
