Very Satisfied with the Service from Absolutely Spotless 10/25/2009

I must say, the whole experience we had with Absolutely Spotless was great! First, Philip was extremely helpful and patient with all of our questions and then Carl was so knowledgeable about our problem that they put us at ease with our situation. Another company came out and tried to scare us into spending over $10,000 to fix our mold problem. Philip and Carl then showed us how to solve our problem, spending 1/4 of what the first company wanted. We now have a mold free basement and can still aford to send our kids to college because of Absolutely Spotless. LOL! We highly recommend them if you have a mold problem! Pros: Customer Service, Professionalism, Quality of Work, Price more

Absolutely Horrible 5/20/2009

Absolutely DO NOT use this company. They withheld test results looking for more money after I paid over 1K on tests. Phillip did not honor the contract and we are on the way to court. Pros: Zero,None,Zilch Cons: Everything/ tried to get more that the contracted price/with more

I heard about this place through a friend so I tried it out myself...and they're great! I called them and they made an appointment right away, came right on time, and finished things nice and quickly! more
