I had my main sewer line break last weekend, and was referred to Absolute Environmental by a friend in my neighborhood. These guys were a pleasure to deal with, and they worked my project into their busy schedule and wrapped the whole project up in a couple of hours. Their pricing was lower than their competition, and overall I'm super satisfied. I would recommend these guys to anyone. more

I'd bet you anything that all of these overly positive reviews were typed by the same person. Probably the rude lady that answers the phone for them. Actually, now they don't answer the phone. They are in the process of shutting down and selling the business. James is dishonest and does not pay his bills. He owes us money from last year for sand and gravel that we delivered to his Cartersville location. Do not trust these people. Don't call his other company either, Rooter Express Plumbing. They have earned an 'F' with the BBB. Yeah, sounds great. Way to go James. more

Absolute Environmental exceeded my expectations from the first call to finish. My septic tank was backing up and my family and I couldn't use our facilities. I called Absolute and they arrived within the hour and had us up and running in no time. It's hard to find a company so willing to go above and beyond in their work! Very satisfied! more

These guys were very friendly and polite. They arrived as scheduled. I don't know much about the septic business so I asked a lot of questions and got detailed explanations without feeling like I was being bothersome! I couldn't believe how hospitable they were! My septic tank was fixed in a timely manner and it was very affordable! more

Couldn't ask for better service at a last minute emergency! The staff was very prompt, proffesional, and reasonable! All questions were answered. My septic tank was backing up and they pumped it and even done a free inspection. You guys did a great job! Thanks AES! I will definitely be calling you when something goes wrong and be referring you to my friends! more
