Well that situation sounds familiar. We booked two nights, and had a family emergency that required us to leave unexpectedly the morning of the second day. \r

Not only was there no flexibility to receive a refund for the second night, nor a credit to use toward a future stay, there was no sympathy with our situation aside from a reminder that they have a 10 day policy (which I ""should have seen to book it online"") OR that I could have purchased trip insurance. Absolute joke of a business.
