My husband is currently serving in Iraq. Having him away is difficult enough but then my Blazer was vandalized with spray paint. After the third shop said it would need to be completely refinished and cost over $3000.00 and brought it to you to see what you could do. Michael told me he needed my car for only 30 minutes and there would be no charge. He disappeared to the back with my car and 20 minutes later brought it back to me perfect shape with NO PAINT! He even had it detailed! Thank you so very much for taking a terrible day and turning it around. You have a wonderful staff and another life long customer! more

After moving here from Minnesota the last thing I wanted to deal with was an accident. And to add even more problems, we didn’t know any reputable repairs shops. So, taking the advance of a friend, I brought our Tahoe in to your shop. I can’t tell you how much my husband and I appreciate your professionalism and quality. If you told us you were going to call on Monday you did. You said the car would be done on Friday and it was. We really appreciate Jennifer’s hard work to make sure the insurance company repaired our car the way is should be. It is truly nice to be able to leave my car with someone I know is going to take care of it. Thanks again for the GREAT JOB and enjoy the cookies! more

I am a regular customer at fawzis shop 6/5/2012

I am a regular customer at fawzis shop and when i need a repair done I trust no one but him when it comes to caring for my car. We have two cars, I take them there because I know that they only do the necessary repairs and don't try to sell me things I don't need. They don't try and make a quick buck off you they just get the job done and do it right. more

My insurance company refered this shop 5/25/2012

My insurance company refered this shop to have my Toyota Camry repaired. At first I didn't trust this recomendation so I went and got estimates at four other shops before going in to Michaels Auto Body and I am glad I did. I was firstly impressed with the professional greeting by the office staff. Jennifer wrote the estimate on my car for the insurance company and did a very good job informing me to the process. When I asked to see the shop, I was surprised at how clean and organized it was. I left my car there on Tuesday and was told it would be done on Friday. My car was fixed so well I forgot what side of the car was wrecked. Hopefully I won't need another body shop in the future but if I do, Michael's Auto Body will get my business! more

I was involved in an accident (rear ended) while in Colorado, my car was not drivable and I had to leave it in state to be repaired per insurance rules. I selected Michaelâ??s Auto Body and have been extremely happy with their wonderful customer service and quality workmanship. My car was there for a total of four weeks (for reasons other than the accident repair work â?? work/travel schedule). Laura kept me fully informed every step of the way and went above and beyond expectations to help me. Her estimator Jen was equally great to work with and answered all of my questions promptly. Laura made me very comfortable knowing my car was 1,000 miles away and in good hands. Additionally, I chose to have some non-accident related work done at the same time (convenience factor), and the car looks and drives fantastic. The cost quotations for the extra work were spot on. I flew out to pick it up this past week and on top of the great customer service; the work that was done was high quality. I would not hesitate to take my car back to Michaelâ??s. more

Laura made me very comfortable knowing my car was 1,000 miles away and in good hands. Additionally, I chose to have some non-accident related work done at the same time (convenience factor), and the car looks and drives fantastic. The cost quotations for the extra work were spot on. I flew out to pick it up this past week and on top of the great customer service; the work that was done was high quality. I would not hesitate to take my car back to Michael's-if only they were located in my state! I'll have to work on that! more
