Dyson sent me to them to fix my vacuum. The lady never mentioned that they had a backlog otherwise I would have turned right around and walked out. 1 week later I call to see what...

Dyson sent me to them to fix my 4/5/2012

Dyson sent me to them to fix my vacuum. The lady never mentioned that they had a backlog otherwise I would have turned right around and walked out. 1 week later I call to see whats going on and they tell me that its another week before they even LOOK at my machine. Dyson advised me to get my machine back and go elsewhere. I go to pick up my vacuum to be told that its in Thornton and no idea when they can get it back to me. After voicing my frustration she crossed her arms told me my vacuum would be returned when its returned. I'm sure they wont have that attitude if many people complain to Dyson. To basically be called a liar that they tell EVERYONE how long their backlog is just insulting, who in their right mind will wait 2 weeks before their vacuum is even looked at. I was so mad I thought I was going to throw up! 0 stars and another complaint will be filed to Dyson. more
