I am somewhat dissatisfied as we have been denied cable twice within a weeks time. The first time was last week on Wednesday and today is Tuesday. Last Wednesday it was off at least 8 hours and today, it went out about 2:20 pm and I immediately called and have called at least seven times since and the phone just rings until I get the operator who wants 95 cents to keep trying. It appears that we will not have TV availability until after 8:00 am or later tomorrow, 2/6/08. More than likely it will be later. We ALWAYS pay our bill on time and we expect to have courtious service - at least have a 24-hour service available.
