Good: This place is ALL about the animals; they even house stray kittens for adoption. The building, once a bank (drive-up teller window and all) is no-nonsense. The well-trained, compassionate staff is not there to steal your money with unnecessary fancy procedures, or to over-vaccinate your beloved pet. ALSO, they don't charge an emergency fee if you need to be seen right away (VCA does that). Bad: It's very busy; You might have to wait for a routine appointment. They open at 10 AM (I think they do spayings, neuterings, etc.in the early morning). The place is small, and the staff size limited. It can be hard to get through on the phone before 11.. Improvements: After-hours emergencies? A larger building? A clone of Dr. Jack (just kidding)?.
