Larry saved the day for me! My refrigerator and freezer went out and I tried first to use my service protection coverage that I've been paying for long enough to have paid for the appliance again. I could not get an appointment with them for 10 days! They told me to call a plumber first???? I called Larry because of great reviews I had read, and he was willing to come as soon as possible. He fixed everything within 24 hours, and it was obvious he already had a very busy schedule. He was very helpful, kind, and clearly knew what he was doing. No more service protection agreements for me. I'll call Larry for repairs before I would consider anyone else. more

I had a great experience with Abel Appliance Repair. I had an issue with my freezer and then then entire refrigerator went out because of a bad electrical panel. I called them about mid-day and he was out to me by 7 pm. I appreciate his willingness to stay later in order to get the job done that same day. He is also very reasonably priced. I would use them again. more

When my 2-year old Whirlpool, bottom-freezer and refrigerator quit cooling effectively, I was a bit panicked. We lost over $400 in food before we were able to start making calls for repair. When Whirlpool customer service was a total bust, I began calling every repair company I could find that serviced our area. Many were helpful, but almost all of them had a 14-21 day waiting list for service. Not only did a tech come out same-day from Abel, but they came out late in the evening on a Friday to diagnose the problem. They gave me a ballpark quote and agreed to come out the next day with the parts to fix the problem. They spent over 4 hours at our home on a Saturday (son first, then the father joined him) and went above and beyond to fix our fridge. Even though they put in more time and effort than expected, and even though they had to do additional work beyond the originally-quote repair, they never even considered charging more than the initial quote. Our fridge is now back to running like it should, and these guys were amazing! If (god forbid) I ever need appliance repair services again, Abel will be the first company I call, and the first one I recommend to friends within their coverage area. These guys really knocked it out of the park and I felt 100% like a valued customer throughout the experience. These guys are definitely worth a call! more

Great service! When our refrigerator stopped working early on a Saturday morning, I found Larry after googling appliance repairs. I checked the BBB and saw that he had an A+ rating, and gave him a call. I called at 8 on a Saturday morning, and by 10, he was over at our house working on our refrigerator. He quickly found the problem, and fixed it. We also had him replace our ice maker while he was here; he had both the part we needed and the ice maker with him! The price for the repair was very reasonable. Great job, very nice man, I would highly recommend this company. more
