Broken Refrigerator 6/15/2015

Excellent customer service! Larry came in and knew exactly what the problem was as the area storms have been taking out refrigerator compressors all over the area. He was prepared with a replacement compressor for our refrigerator already on hand. I would use them again! more

Prompt, professional, good pricing, job done right 5/30/2015

I called Abel appliance because there was a sheet of ice on the base of the freezer in our Whirlpool refrigerator. Every time we used the ice maker or water dispenser, more ice accumulated. Abel came next day, made the repair and said we would not have that problem again. Jordan, repairman, was very courteous, professional and efficient. Thought the pricing was very reasonable. I would call them again for appliance repair and recommend them to my friends. more

Warm refrigerator fixed fast. 5/13/2015

I left a message on a Tuesday about 3pm about my 47 degree refrigerator. Larry called me back about 6pm. I think he knew exactly what the problem was just from my description. He arrived at my house about 7pm, looked it over, replaced a malfunctioning electronic control, and left by 8pm. I was skeptical that this was really the source of my problem but he said he was 99 percent sure, but would guarantee the fix if it didn't work. Sure enough, it's been working great since. The $200 charge for the quick fix was as good as I could hope for! more

Quick, efficient, knowledgable and personable 5/1/2015

Able Appliance was recommended by another repair company for refrigeration service. Able Appliance answered my call (not an answering service) and scheduled the repair visit with a 2 hour window for the following day. The repairman called ahead and arrived within the 2 hour window given the previous day. He fixed the Samsung refrigerator within 30 minutes of arriving for the cost of the service call quoted the previous day. Highly recommended, will call again for future appliance repair. more
