I don't think this place deserved even a 1 star. If I have a choice , I would give this place a -10 star. This owner, Mai, is very sarcastic, illiterate, and low class. I've never come across anyone like her. I still don't know how this person is still in the business. At first, she was okay/casual. After I paid her in full for my purchase, her ugly side came out. She talked to me with a very bad attitude. She dragged my order for several weeks. Every time I called her regarding my order; she said, ""I'll call you back."" She never did. After trying to call the next few days, she started hanging up on me without even saying a word. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE ! ! ! more

Worst customer service and worst products- Be aware 8/22/2008

The products were low-end quality and the service is even worse. I would never recommend this place to anyone, especially if you do not wish to be stressed out by the rude attitude of the owner lady.
