A good experience 3/24/2014

I had a good experience with Abbey Carpet & Floor of Puyallup. They replaced the carpet in our dining room with a laminated floor. The owner was very friendly and informative when he came out to do the estimate, and the installer was very good at what he did, very conscientious. more

Abbey Carpet & Floor of Puyallup was recommended to me when I moved from my old house where someone else installed hardwood floors for me. I called up Abbey Carpet, and they took all the carpet out of the house and installed hardwood floors. Randy was the installer, and he was here a week. He did an excellent job! I would highly recommend them! They were very professional. more

They just did a really good job 2/3/2014

Abbey Carpet & Floor of Puyallup put in a new kitchen floor. My dishwasher went out and moisture got underneath the flooring so the gal who came out from Abbey Carpet went over everything with me about what had to be done so we looked at different patterns and materials. I told her I needed a really tough floor because of problem areas and she was very helpful. They guys were wonderful. You could tell they liked their work, were polite, efficient, and didn't leave a mess. They just did a really good job. I'll eventually need new carpet all over my house and I plan to buy it from them because they're so cooperative and so nice. more

Expert knowledge of product and excellent installation. 1/30/2014

Abbey Carpet & Floor of Puyallap re-carpeted my entire house. The saleswoman, Maureen, was extraordinary. She knew her product well. It was also very helpful when she came to the house to help me pick the right colors. The installers were very professional. They were here for about eight hours. The job came out excellently. There was one little issue I had, so I called up Maureen, and she came to the house the next day at 9am along with the installers. They fixed the issue right up. You will be satisfied both with this company's knowledge of their product and with the way they handle orders and installations! more

Had things stocked already and cost less than other places. 12/27/2013

We had gotten quotes from other carpet companies. They were going to take weeks to get in what we wanted. Abbey Carpet had everything in stock and was able to do the installation the following week (right before Thanksgiving) instead of having us wait. It was at a fraction of the price, too, compared to the other places. This was great for the installation and the quality of the carpet. more

Wonderful to work with! 12/24/2013

Abbey Carpet & Floor did everything we asked for quickly and proficiently. They were here on time and completed the job on time. They installed new hardware floors for our kitchen, living room, dining room, and hallways. Everything looks amazing. On top of all that, it was super affordable. I'd recommend them in a heartbeat. more

Abbey Carpet & Floor of Puyallup was recommended to us by our contractor. We got our carpet and our flooring through them, and they installed carpet in the front room and bedroom. They then installed the granite counters and backsplashes in the kitchen. They also did the floor in the kitchen. They did a great job! The installation process was fantastic. Everybody was great. We love how everything turned out. more

Personalized care. Carpet was perfect for what I needed! 11/26/2013

I used Abbey Carpet & Floor of Puyallup when I needed a new carpet. They showed me some samples in their showroom, but they also came to my house to show me samples there. They helped me pick out a carpet that was perfect for what I needed in my daylight basement. The installation went great. They were very efficient, and it didn't take them long to install it at all. I love the way the carpet came out! I really felt like their service was personalized. I didn't feel like I was just dealing with a company. They cared about my satisfaction and did a great job for me. I would definitely recommend working with this company. more

Shannon from Abbey Carpet & Floor of Puyallup was really helpful. She listened to my situation because I had gotten some strange information from a competitor and she showed me what the truth was. We ended up having plank solid pre-finished hardwood put in. The installation went really well. The floors are beautiful. If you have something you see that you really like, talk to Abbey and they will give you the honest answer about whether it's appropriate for your home. more

It's a pleasure doing business with Barry. 10/29/2013

We moved into a home with another family and one of the rooms we were going to be using needed new carpeting. We ordered a new carpet for that room from Abbey Carpet & Floor of Puyallup and then they also repaired a couple of other areas in the home. They came out and did the estimate really quickly. Barry told me it was going to be a certain amount of time because that particular type of carpeting was not in stock. Then he called and said they got it early and could get the carpeting installed the very next day. They were right on time and got the job done quickly. The workers were friendly, efficient, and professional. I would always do business with Barry. He's a great guy and a stand-up guy. I would never worry about doing business with him. more

Abbey Carpet & Floor helped me choose carpet and worked with me to install it. We're a business and wanted it installed during non-business hours. They were willing to work evenings and weekends and they were just great. The installer was very easy to work with and did a great job. more

Fine! Great! Wonderful! 9/26/2013

I wandered in the Abbey Carpet & Floor store one day out of curiosity. I'm not exactly sure what his name was, but a man came up and explained things to me. I was asking a lot of questions! He was so helpful. I decided I would go back one day. Well, my husband and I ended up back there, ordering a carpet! The whole experience was very good. There was never any high pressure or anything like that. I'd surely go back to Abbey of Puyallup if I had to order more carpets. more

Abbey Carpet & Floor has excellent service! 9/23/2013

Abbey Carpet & Floor of Puyallup will make the product exactly as you need it. The worker who ripped out my old carpet did a really good job, and the guys who put down the new one had great attitudes. They all worked hard and stayed until it was definitely done! Thanks to their great customer service, I ended up with just what I wanted. more
