Great Experience, will be back! 2/22/2014

We worked with Ravi twice this year - once for carpet and the most recent for kitchen tile - and he made everything so easy for us. From the estimate, to the install, to the timing, we were always kept up to date. Everything went very smoothly both times, carpet installed very quickly and done well. The tile setter was exceptional, did beautiful work and always so courteous. Every night, the kitchen & other areas were cleaned up as best it could be to allow us use of our kitchen. We are so happy with the result. The question in reviews is always would you use them again and would you recommend them. And I absolutely will do both. Thanks! more

Very knowledgeable and friendly workers 12/20/2013

Abbey Carpet & Interiors has some of the most skilled flooring specialists in the business. They were very helpful and very good on follow-up. They called and touched base with us about all that was going to happen. They were very accommodating with our schedule and came on time. They installed a new carpet in our living room and I'm still impressed by how good it looks. I'm thankful for their great customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. more

We went to Abby carpet tired of looking at the big home stores and searching on line. Ravi listened to our list of wants in wood flooring, showed us samples and figured prices. Gave us more to think on. We couldn't agree on what we wanted. About a week later we went back in to see Ravi, told him our problem and he pulled out another sample that was perfect for both of us! The floor is down and beautiful! Thank you so much! It was great to have someone listen to us and understand what we wanted even better than we did. more

A pleasure to work with 12/17/2013

If you love a bargain, you should hire Abbey Carpet & Interiors. We shopped around and they were cheaper than every other carpet service in the area. This is the second home that they have installed carpet for throughout and everything is beautiful. The quality is full range. The workers are very professional and definitely know what they're doing. They arrive promptly and leave the place nice and tidy when they're done. I would definitely recommend them If you want to work with professional and courteous people who surprise you with meticulous work. more

Exceptional 12/16/2013

Abbey Carpet & Interiors exceeded my expectations. I basically went in there with our proposed budget and everything was then planned perfectly within our schedule. The solutions that they offered were also pretty good. They installed full carpet for us and I later used them again to install tile in our home. They're very good workers and offer competitive prices. Everything turned out great! more

Terrible Customer Service 10/30/2013

The company was recommended to us, and that is why we chose it(hard-wood flooring). However, they did a lot of errors. First, the sales man forgot to come to the house to measure it, so we rescheduled. I wasn't upset, it happens. Then, we were overcharged (200) even though we had talked about the amount right before the card was charged. They fixed it. On the day of installment the trimming was not enough to cover the areas. The salesman had to go to Home Depot and buy 3 more pieces. He bought only 2 which was still not enough. The workers had to come back on the next day to finish the floor. As far as the actual installment I can say that it was done ok, not perfect. You can still see glue at a few places (the floor was glued). Manufacturer's warranty was not offered until I actually asked for it. more

Had to argue to have them fix a mistake. 9/9/2013

Abbey Carpet & Interiors' service was good when they actually did it, but I wouldn't want to recommend them. They came out and measured the rooms, and we ended up with three extra boxes. They didn't want to take them back and give us credit for them. After about a half hour standing there arguing with them, they finally took them back and gave us the credit. more

I'm a long-time customer and they haven't let me down 6/11/2013

Abbey Carpet and Floor have done several jobs for me over 10+ years. They replaced about 7000 sq feet with PVC tiles at a commercial building I own. They had to work nights and weekends with my renter and it didn't cost me extra. I expect good customer service and they do a wonderful job. Excellent work crews as well. They all did a very good job. I would definitely recommend them. Get a quote from them and see what they can do for you! more

Our company manages over 400 units of affordable housing and senior living in the Bentonville, Arkansas area, and they are the main contractor we use for all flooring repair and replacement. Rob is always really responsive. If someone else answers the phone he always calls me back quickly. We've been with them for a few years now. more

Responsive, great for all types of flooring 4/8/2013

We have had two houses done by Abbey Carpet and Floor. One was a rental property and one was our home. We were happy with Ravi's service, he came out and measured the whole floor and really communicated with us our options. We recently built a house and went back to Abbey. From flooring, to the product, to sales, installation and the final product it was all just as good as the first time around. We have used them for carpet to hardwood and they do a really great job. Whenever something small came up, (which inevitable does when building a home from scratch), they were responsive, worked with us, and found solutions quickly. We will come back to them with any flooring needs. more

So much better than I expected! 4/5/2013

The job that I had Abbey Carpet & Floor do was complicated. We ran in to some structural problems in the house and so the job got quite complicated for both tile and carpet. But we worked through it and when everything was ready to go all I had to do was stand out of the way. I know from past experience what it takes to lay tile. These young men were over the top experts. It's not as simple as you might think. Good job!! more

Abbey Carpet is the premier carpet vendor in the area and I would always recommend them first. 4/1/2013

I've worked with Abbey Carpet & Floor for years, and they've always given good customer service in a timely manner. I just like the fact that they are very attentive, and if I need something done quickly, they find a way to do it. One time, they helped me out on a project where we had to go in on evenings and weekends to redo a doctor's office, and they didn't even flinch. Their workers are great. more
