Iffy Service. 12/8/2017

To be really really honest I didn't have a very good experience with Abbey Capitol Floors and Interiors. There were a few minor issues but they were things that shouldn't happen at a "reliable" company. The first issue I had with them is when I called to confirm the time and date of my install everyone seemed very confused. Nobody could tell me when they were coming and I was very suspicious. When they finally came by to do the installation they ran out of carpet before everything was completed. I expected them to come back later in the day to finish the job but I had to call them later in the week to remind them. Overall not a good experience although the carpet looks nice. more

Excellent Work, Great Customer Service and Installation 10/20/2017

I recently went to Abbey Capitol Floors and Interiors to have some flooring work done at my home and was very satisfied with how well the work from them went. The people who came out from Abbey Capitol were very friendly and professional while they were here doing the install and were able to find us a type of flooring that looks great in our home without breaking the bank. Overall I am very pleased with the services from Abbey Capitol Floors & Interiors, I would definitely use their services again if needed and I highly recommend their services. more

Friendly and Professional! 10/12/2017

We Used Abbey Capitol Floors and Interiors for the second time, recently, and they did just a good a job, this time, as they did the first time! We had them install carpet and hardwood flooring, and they were, as always, incredibly professional, on time, and efficient. They do good work and I would absolutely recommend them! more

Excellent Experience! 9/13/2017

I had a great experience with Abbey Capitol Floors & Interiors. They were very attentive and they did a fantastic job. They installed carpeting in my house and did an amazing job. Their technicians and other employees are professional and competent. The pricing was quite reasonable. Overall, everything was just so excellent. I'm happy with how everything turned out. They couldn't have done any better! more

Customer service needs work 8/1/2017

We ordered Hunter Douglas blinds and while the product is excellent, the customer service seemed to be lacking. Kerry did not call us when they came in. We had to call her and then she wanted to know if we wanted to go to the warehouse to pick them up. When we arrived to pick them up, she did not recognize me or thank us. She could have even said something nice to our granddaughter, just a few basics that matter. Prompt and Good Quality Work. 7/28/2017

We are beyond satisfied with the work done for us by Abbey Capitol Floors and Interiors. They redid most of the flooring in our home and it turned out amazing. We expected them to do some good work because they came highly recommended from a friend but wow, they surprised us. Our home has never looked this good! The workers were prompt, on time, pleasant, and made sure to clean up after themselves. I will make sure to recommened them and their great service to anyone needing it. more

Decent Service 7/14/2017

It's been a while since I used Abbey Capitol Floors and Interior and they did an okay job for me. I wasn't completely satisfied with their work but I also didn't have any huge problems with them. They did some flooring work for my home and everything came out alright. They did what they said they were going to do but I wasn't really impressed enough to give them a star review. more

Great Service at the Store. 7/10/2017

I have had Abbey Capitol Floors and Interiors previously do some flooring work but most recently I just purchased some flooring from them and did the install myself. The customer service at the store itself is really good, they work with you to find out exactly what you want and provide multiple options to choose from. The quality of their flooring is great and I have never had any problems with it. I worked with Keri last time and she was a huge help. Will be coming back in the future for any of my flooring needs. Thanks. more

Excellent Service and Knowledgeable! 6/27/2017

I recently had my first experience with Abbey Capitol Floors & Interiors and they did a phenomenal job. They put in laminate plank flooring for my home and the results were absolutely beautiful. The staff offered great customer service and they were knowledgeable about the work that they were doing. Of course, it was a bit expensive in terms of moving all of the furniture around, but otherwise, I really liked the pricing and it was definitely worth it to get the results that I did. I would definitely continue using this company - they have a lot to offer! I've even recommended them to other people who were at first unhappy with installations done by other people in their home. I'm sure that Abbey Capitol Floors & Interiors will do great work for those people and deliver the great service that they gave me! I appreciate their efforts and hope that they keep it up! more

Dealing with Abbey Capitol Floors & Interiors was just a wonderful experience. I was really happy with the service from the minute I walked in through their doors. Their installers were very professional and competent. I also appreciated that they cleaned up after themselves. The carpeting installation itself was done very well, and the carpeting is very beautiful. I am very happy with everything. And so glad that I chose Abbey for my carpeting needs. I love to support local businesses and they are a very good business to support! more

GREAT JOB 4/13/2017

We hired Abbey Capitol Floors & Interiors to install new carpeting in our home. They did pretty much the whole house except for the rooms that had hardwood flooring. The owners happen to be friends of ours, that's why we chose this company. The crew was great. They did the install efficiently and without any problems. They cleaned up everything when they were finished. We are very happy with our new carpeting and we would use them again. We absolutely recommend them. more

Pretty Good But Some Issues 4/11/2017

We went to Abbey Carpet Floors and Interiors to buy some some bathroom tiles for an installation in our master bathroom, and all in all, it went over pretty well. They helped us find individuals to do the installation, and although the end result was pretty good, there were a couple of issues that still went unresolved. Otherwise, we were happy with the service. more

Amazing Installers 3/8/2017

The installers from Abbey Capitol Floors & Interiors are amazing! They are so incredibly professional and their efficiency when working is nothing short of astounding. I really could not be happier with how they installed everything, it honestly turned out better than I imagined it would. I was already having a good experience in dealing with Abbey Capitol, but the installers really pushed it over the top. I have absolutely no complaints and would recommend these guys in a heartbeat because they do an excellent job of getting you the floor you want and making sure it gets put in perfectly! more

Great Work and Excellent Follow Up 2/28/2017

We had carpets in our house for quite a long time and recently worked with Abbey Capitol Floors and Interiors to have them all removed. Most of it was replaced with hardwood floor, including a couple sets of stairs. They put in luxury vinyl for the kitchen floor and contracted someone else out to install quartz counter tops. The pricing was a little bit expensive, but we did have a lot of square footage in hardwood and I have to say it looks beautiful. Their follow up was excellent as well. Dave, who we worked with, kept checking throughout the course of the project and actually stopped by 3-4 times to make sure everything was going well. I really appreciated that. more

We purchased carpet from Abbey Capitol Floors & Interiors for our home. The sales person was very helpful and well educated on their products. The price was pretty reasonable. The installers were friendly and professional. They did a good job laying the carpet and cleaning up after. We would recommend the company to others. more

excellent service from their salesperson Dave 1/24/2017

I've been with Dave Weaver, one of the key sales people at Abbey Capitol Floors and Interiors, for probably about 20 years even before he joined their company. I went with Dave when he came on with Abbey Capitol Floors and Interiors. They often times don't know what's going on when I talk to the folks at the front desk, but Dave intervenes whenever needed to straighten it out. I would say their prices are medium, they're getting lots of competition from the big box stores. I just like that if there's ever a problem Dave gets right on it and follows it up. That's the good thing, we can be sure that they will get it done correctly and if its not done right the first time they will fix it. I recommend working with Dave for excellent service. more

Overall positive experience! 1/23/2017

Abbey Capitol installed a large amount of carpet and tiles in our home. The carpet was put in over 2 phases for a total of about 2800 sq ft over 2 stories with stairs. They also installed tile around 2 of our fire places. We chose Abbey Capitol because of Dave, our sales person. He's was knowledgeable and very patient with our questions, we had a million of them! We really wanted to make sure we were getting good carpet we'd be interested in and good value. We also have dogs, so he was very considerate in finding us options that met our specific criteria. The reason why I rated the service as a 4 is due to some small issues we had. On the first phase of the installation, there were supposed to be 2 workers, however only 1 showed up and we had to help move furniture. After the 2nd carpet install, we noticed a buckle in a corner. When we called for a repair we had to wait until they could get another installer out to us. Aside from their contracted help, we had a great experience with Abbey Capitol and will call them again. more
