I have to say i love Aarons of Huntington, West Virginia on 5th avenue becasue they have the friendliest staff and they will always help you with what ever you need.. When you cant afford to pay for an item they understand and you are always in good with them and you can go back. Everyone should go to Aarons for furniture, computers, TVs and other things you need. Thanks for all you guys do. I will keep leasing from you guys. more

These people have no customer service skills and are more worried about lunch then informing customers they will call your reference with a bunch of stupid questions. What amazes me is that they don't understand that people will not give information over the phone to somebody calling out of the blue. The they lied about what happened when I called to ask questions. Stupid, ignorant, absolutely no customer service skills and wayyyyy more interested in lunch then telling the truth or making a sale. Stay away from this crew, go somewhere else and put them out of business. I would like to add of the 5 people that aarons called on our references they all said aarons was extremely rude and the word @sshole was mentioned 5 out of 5 times. more

I recently spoke with the self-proclaimed manager of this location, named Chris. During our conversation, he spoke in a crass tone, claimed to ""know for a fact"" that I had not called and been placed on hold for an extensive period of time on numerous occasions (indirectly calling me a liar) and told me that I was ""ridiculous"". The extent of the conversation should have been solely based on handling my attempt to make a payment arrangement, whether it be his choice to accept the payment date I had offered or to decline it. Regardless of the situation, I have difficulty understanding why any business would allow this type of behavior and poor customer service to exist, let alone continue. When I asked for a telephone number for a member of upper management, Chris stated, ""this is his money your screwing with here so good luck."" So far I have gotten a queen size box spring and mattress, a big screen TV and an entertainment stand to put the TV on from Aarons. They are usually willing to work with you on the price, especially after you've gotten a few things from them. Another plus is that if your payment is due and your paycheck is not coming at the same time you can call them and they will generally work something out with you. Just watch the prices because if you comparison shop you will find some of them can be high after financing charges are applied, but I guess that's with anything you finance. Pros: They don't do a credit check. Cons: Prices can be high. more
