My brother and I each were pictured on the cover of a magazine in different issues and I thought it would be a great Mother's Day present to have them both framed together for our Mom. I brought them in to the Aaron Brothers in West Hollywood more than 3 weeks before Mother's Day and was told it would take approximately 10 days. About two weeks later, I received a message that the store had not yet started the framing job because they had been waiting for some materials, but that those had come in and they would be working on it right away. A few days later, I called to see if it was done and told them I absolutely needed it by the coming Saturday, because it was a Mother's Day present that I was giving my Mom on Sunday. They told me they would make it a priority. Today (Saturday), I called in the morning and they told me it was completed, but they were having trouble *finding it.* They said they would look for it and would have it by the time I arrived. When I arrived at the store,, I learned they had not even started the job. They told me they would do it then, and I should give them 1/2 hour. When I returned, I found that the covers had been framed with 3 times as much space at the top as at the bottom and with twice as much space on the right as one the left, making it look ridiculously lopsided. The Manager (Robert) tried to convince me that that was the way I had ordered it. I ended up having to demand a refund. Ultimately, I bought a pre-made frame and mat and did it myself. Beware.
Cons: Repeatedly given false information and then project was misframed
