i was woke up to a fast talking spanish speaking person named sergio asking for my social security number!! and i made him repeat 3 times cuz i couldnt understand him. i asked what this was about and he said he would be breaking federal law. i told him he already did with what he asked me and hung up!! then i called the number back and not even the automated voice spoke english!!! wtf!!! how do these people have my info and i cant understand any of them!!????? more

I WAS SENT A LETTER THAT SAID I NEED TO PAY $65.02 FOR A BAD CHECK IN 2008. THIS IS NOT ON MY CREDIT REPORT. I ASKED FOR A COPY OF CHECK BENG IT'S ALMOST 2012 AND THAT JERK CHRIS HAUG UP PHONE. I'M NOT SENDING ANY MONEY UNTILL I SEE PROFF OF BAD CHECK. more

bunch of MORONS 7/13/2009

I've called them at least 6 times since October, 2008. I have faxed them 3 times for proof of payment of a medical bill that was paid before it even went into collections. Most of them were very rude!! It is still on my credit report. I have disputed it a number of times, and it is still on there. When I call, they say I don't owe it, but for some reason, say I do when it's time to dispute it. VERY unprofessional people with no clue about what they are doing. more

Very unethical bunch! 4/20/2007

These guys are slugs. They'll rake you coming and going. Avoid the hassle and look elsewhere. What happens in Vegas doesn't stay in Vegas with these guys. Pros: None that I can think of. Cons: Crossing the line of the law frequently and brashly. more

Horrible Service 8/22/2005

I called in to make a payment and they did not even want me to pay! All I needed is for them to send me a bill so that I can pay and they would not even send a bill! The person I spoke to was unprofessional, offensive, and threatened me that he would hang up. If they wanted me to pay, all they had to do was send a bill but they would not and did not want to talk. He would not let me ask any questions and said ""im the one asking the questions."" I ended up having to call their client and take up their client's time to make the payment. Aargon did not help. more
