I only have knowledge of premoving experience now but I am very impressed with the personal attention and the comfort of dealing with Aardvark. I am sure the pickup, storage and delivery will have a positive tone and be as agreeable as the move so far. I thoroughly checked out several moving companies and most had somekind of black cloud. more

Aardvark Moving came at a fair price. They showed up on time to pick up my furniture. They took the furniture to storage and then three weeks later delivered it to our new house. They did this all in a very efficient manor. more

I really like Josh and his crew, they gave great personalized service at a great price. We were relocated from Kansas City to Dallas and this company was by far the cheapest. Only some minor stuff was broken but they took great care to make sure everything was packed nice and neat and did a great job packing and loading. Our move was probably not the easiest for them, but they were accommodating and did a great job. more

I like the people at Aardvark Moving Co and highly recommend them. I had a flawless move. I'm in property management, and I'd be happy to refer them to other people. I'll actually be throwing some literature and magnets in with my moving gifts for potential residents. I will continue to pass the word on about Aardvark through word-of-mouth referrals. They're fast and friendly, and they have free box delivery. This is the second time I've used them, and I will continue to. They're very accommodating. more

i liked first off that they gave us a quote and said this is what it will cost. Everyone else could only give me estimates and were paid by the hour. Aardvark you just go to the website enter your furniture and number of boxes and they quote you a price. Pros: null Cons: null more

We hired Aardvark to move dorm furniture across state so this took a lot of coordination and timing. Josh and the crew were terrific! He answered our questions, came to look at the site and made recommendations. This was a week long project and everything went pretty smooth for the most part. The pricing model and estimation process could be revamped to build trust with customers, but I was pleased with the pick up and delivery process. The guys were professional and courteous. more

I think a lot of why my experience with Aardvark Moving Co was so good, was because I never felt pressured or intimated by Josh or his staff at any point. They didn't pressure me to buy insurance that wasn't needed, or push me around about the dates. From Christina and the rest of the front office staff, to the packers and the movers, everyone was so nice and helpful to work with. They were on time and very professional. We bought them lunch and dinner and they were so appreciative of that and their manners were so respectful, great and very professional. They were all 10's! I talked to a few other companies, and many of them were very pushy and made me feel really uncomfortable. They also told me it would take about 3 weeks to move me! I was on a timeline, I had to be moved by a certain date and Aardvark was the only company who could do that, and they were very accommodating with the date even though it was over a holiday period. They did it in 4 days. They had me packed up on day 1, loaded on day 2 and started the drive out on day 3. They moved us a long distance, from Olathe, KS to Frisco, TX. They are a local company, so I wasn't aware that they did that, but was very happy to find out they did. They moved about 80 of our things into storage, but our other items have no damage. I had done a lot of packing by myself to prepare, and they were nice enough to bring out boxes to me early. Josh made me feel very comfortable and made the entire process stress-free and easy. It was almost like it was too easy. He assured me that this is what they do! I also really appreciated that they sent females to pack up the kitchen, and they would have done the bedroom too had I not already done that myself. Nobody else mentioned that. I have already talked with them about moving my stuff from storage to where I am, when the time comes. I wouldn't use anyone else. more

I hate moving, and found out at the last minute I could move in my new home, so I went looking for movers in the phone book... Im SO glad I called Aardvark, Christina, my sales rep, went above and beyond to make sure I had boxes, my questions were answered and I was moved on the day I needed. (the day after my call!!) She even told me how to get discounts for my move, like on Facebook! When the guys arrived I wasnt completly prepared(had some boxes in the way) but the guys were fast and moved all of my items without any damage! I was surprised at how fast they moved, and they even helped me set up ALL of the beds and rearrange furniture in the new house!! I would definately use them again and tell all of my friends to ask for Christina when booking your move!! She was very helpful when I wanted to know ways to lower my costs and discounts! more

Aardvark packed, moved and unpacked all of my things in one day. The price was great and very well worth it. It literally took all the stress out of moving! They were very careful with my things and really worked with me and communicated with me to make sure everything was done the way I wanted it. Great job and thank you! more

The 3 guys showed up at 1100 vs being scheduled between 2-4, but that was great. They were fast, careful & polite. I would use them again! more
