Professional, Knowledgeable, and Fast! 1/6/2014

My experience with Mauzy Heating and Air was phenomenal. Mauzy Heating and Air installed a heater and ac unit at my house. The estimator (Scott) was knowledgeable and friendly and explained all the options with my install. \r \r Mauzy's technicians arrived on time and they were professional and polite throughout the entire install. The technicians were quick and efficient and left my house in the exact condition it was before they arrived. The technicians took great care with my install. \r \r I was quoted a fair price for the work and the end product was top notch. I would use Mauzy again for sure. more

Best heating and air company! 1/2/2014

Mauzy Heating & Air is the best heating and air company in San Diego. I have been dealing with them for over 15 years. They are very professional and provide a great service. If I ever buy another home Mauzy Heating & Air will be the company of choice. I used Mauzy in 2008 to install a heater. The men working were professional, clean and thorough. I gave their name to a couple of friends and they used Mauzy, too. NO problems. Work was done professionally and with NO problems. \r \r I like the fact they are so knowledgeable in the field and so professional. They were right on about the pricing so there would be no surprise bill in the mail. They also informed or educated me rather on my system so I knew how it worked before they left. They are a great company and Matt did a great job!! I will ALWAYS use Mauzy!! more

Best ever, excellent 5/6/2011

We are more than 100% satisfied and happy with our Mauzy air conditioning and heating installation! The walk through, planning visit with Matt was thoughtful, very informed, thorough, lots of options discussed, pros and cons of various systems. We were able to make our preferences known, especially in terms of a “quiet” system and location of condensers, vents. The systems installed for us were: central air/heat pump system for the main house and two mini split units for lesser used upstairs rooms. The estimate included electrical work, so no surprises. Mauzy offers a 10 year labor warranty which we chose to include (but no pressure on any options from Mauzy, just information). Our installers, Aaron, Brian and Don arrived on time each day, were cordial, friendly, great sense of humor, worked hard! The job was completed exactly as per work order, on time. Throughout the 3 days of installation, we were consulted on any questions that arose. The work was done in a clean, tidy manner without disturbing our home. Couldn’t ask for better or more! We have now been using the air conditioning/heat for 1 1/2 months and everything works great. Our home is so much more comfortable, no more sweating or freezing. Thank you Mauzy! A company worth referring!! 3/8/2011

Mauzy was GREAT from start to finish. My salesman took time to thoroughly explain my options and help me decide on the right system. The team of guys that put in the system were prompt, knowledgeable, and respectful of my home. We will definitely use there company again and refer to our family & friends more
