Painless Service! 3/6/2014

The control arm broke on my daughters car in Oct. They advised me to fix the other side...but like everyone these day no time and no extra funds to do it then. Well the other side broke..UGH! The car was towed to AAC. They had it fixed and back on the road in record breaking time! They never even said "I told you so" Thank goodness for AAC! more

COMPLETE SATISFACTION 2/16/2014

Called Tim at AAC Auto Clinic to set up an appointment for my Mercury Mariner. Dropped off my car, informed of the problems and estimated cost. When my car was finished Scott called to explain work preformed and exact cost . There were no hidden costs or surprises. I'll continue to take all my cars to AAC Auto. It's a great shop ! more

Rebuilding Trust 12/19/2013

I have been a loyal customer for many years and have referred many people, but the last few years the customer service has slipped and the place feels greedy and doesn't care about their customers anymore. It started when they opened the other locations. I was ready to find another mechanic. But just recently I have noticed things are sort of going back to how they where before and I am hoping to rebuild that trust again. I'm not sure yet is I will be referring anyone anymore, at least not yet. We'll see how things continue. more
