DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE! This is the most rude, vile woman I have ever met. If you are even 5 minutes late picking up your dog she will try to hit you with a $50 late pick-up f...

Owner is a PSYCHO 4/12/2011

Never bring your dogs here. We called the owner to let her know that we were running 8 minutes late. She yelled and berated us on the phone since we were running 8 minutes late. She continued to yell at us when we arrived with our dog. Then she refused to take our dog. We had 30 minutes to make other arrangements with our dog before leaving on an international flight. She is cruel, rude, disrespectful and crazy! more

DOGS WILL GET SICK HERE 3/24/2011

This place is full of diseases because the owner Lynda does not go about the sanitation and cleaning process the right way. She only gives an hour to clean all the dog runs and kennels. She doesnt pay attention to the dogs if they are feeling lethargic or sick. She lets the dogs have runny diarreha all over their sleeping area and for the cleaning process just sprays bleach and water solution over the infected areas. Many clients have complained about their dogs coming home sick and not acting right. DONT give this awful woman a chance to abuse your precious baby! more

If you love your pet, DO NOT bring your dog here!!!! 12/28/2010

I dropped my 2 dogs off on time, I got frontline for them prior to their stay since Lynda would not take dogs that were on revolution. I had to call 3 times before Lynda answered the phone to let me in the gate. When I drove up to the house I was greeted by an employee who was on the job for 6 months. The employee explained to me that she was trained as the greeter since the owner, Lynda did not want to deal with the people since she hates people. There were a number of other questions that I asked that the employee answered that made me question my decision to board my dogs here. As I was ""admitting"" my dogs with the required paperwork the owner walked up. She told me to take the dogs off my lap and she unhooked the leashes. Than she told me to take off their harnesses since they are not allowed and she asked where their collars were. I explained that I don't own collars for my 2 small dogs since they are indoor dogs, I only use harness and leash when I walk them. She said that figures, none of you F***ing people ever read my instructions. She told her employee to go find some collars for the dogs. I stood up and said that I didn't think this was going to work (I realized I was making a mistake in bringing my dogs to this very mean womans care). She grabbed my registration papers and yelled at me calling me a F***ing Bitch and she started to march back to her house. I asked for my papers back since she had no use for them. She yelled again that i was a Fu****ing Bitch. I said HEY, if you don't give me my papers I will call 911. She brought back my papers. I asked her employee how she can she work here with that lady? Her employee assisted me back to my car. I was lucky enough to find a friend to take care of my pets while we went away for two days. When I came back this nut job wrote me a nasty email...what a shame that some people are bringing their loving pets to this mean person- I believe all the comments below, she is not to be trusted with your pet, if she can speak to the pets owner in this way just imagine what she is doing behind closed doors!!! more

AAA- A(bsolutely) A(void) A(t all costs) 9/4/2010

I used to take my dog there as well. Not only was Lynda unreasonable with her time demands and calling, my dog got a staph infection. My dog was never happy when she would get back, nor was she ever excited to go there. at other places, she would bolt out of the car and be very excited, however where, she would sulk and have to be dragged. She would pace nervously for a day or two upon my return. There are other great places in the area, but i would stay far far far away from AAA more

AAA Pet Resort 7/18/2010

I have used this place to kennel my dogs about three or four times. I have active dogs and I liked the concept that the dogs could run free during the day and only be kenneled in the late afternoon. Since I am not there to witness what goes on, I can not say whether or not what the previous employee said is true or not. If it is, I am so sad to have ever put my dogs here. The thought of what they may have endured breaks my heart. But, I have experienced first hand the temper tantrums of the owner. She has always been very strict about drop off/pick up. I have always tried to comply even though I thought her rules were a bit unrealistic. We went to drop off our dogs last Sunday and Lynda was in a foul mood. As we were driving away from the place my husband and I were concerned and hoped that she would not treat the dogs in the same grumpy, rude manner she had treated us. Today we went to pick up our babies and when we turned on Lena Rd., (which is where you are to call from your cell phone, EXACTLY 5 minutes before your appt.), I noticed we were 15 min. early. So I called and stated who I was and that I knew I was running early, and before I could say anything else she jumped all over my case. So we waited until 3 min. before our appt. and drove to her fence. I called and said we were out front and ready to get the dogs if she was ready. She totally went off on me. At the gate to pick up the dogs she kept saying F#*%$ you, repeatedly. I was keeping calm and trying to explain that I wasn't trying to be disrespectful but that it was hard to exactly time when I show up coming from the island. She continued to repeatedly say ""shut up"". I told her I wanted her to speak to me with respect but to no avail. She also imposed a $50 fine on us. She ""fired us"" as well. What a joke! This woman needs to get out of the business, her lack of people skills would not be suitable for any type of business. I just so hope my animals have not been abused. My Italian Greyhound has small sores all over him which really concerns me. Don't take a chance on this place. I will be looking for another place or open my own. She kept mentioning during her tantrum that she was going in for surgery soon. Perhaps karma has come full circle to her. Attitudes and practices such as her's would surely make anyone sick and toxic. Pros: Active animals are given room to run Cons: Horrid Owner more

I wouldn?t even take my dog here for free!! 7/5/2010

I worked at this place with the psycho owner, Lynda, (old, angry, British hag) for about a week. It?s the second longest she?s been able to keep an employee, because of her bad attitude and total disregard for anyone/thing other than herself. She has absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever and will treat you and your dog like garbage. Pros: Some dogs can have a good time, if they behave Cons: Animal and people abuse, dirty, misleading, I can go on... more

Do not use. 8/7/2009

Scary. Cons: Unreasonable. Verbally abusive. Mean. Hurt dog. more

Please be forewarned and very cautious July 2009 7/9/2009

We entrusted this vicious woman with our two lab dogs over a long weekend. She made us sign her ridiculous 'policy' of drop off/pick up, calling '5 min. prior, after turning the block, then pull up at the exact time, 'no later or earlier', She imposed a $50 fine, which my husband handed her $300 cash, and should have received his change. We're still waiting for change. She is solely incapable of caring for anyone's pet. She hasn't the sufficient staff to help her, and is a scam artist to boot! I don't know how she can live with herself. She is mean, rude, and totally out of place. She carried on a scene yelling obscene language in front of my 12 yr. old son. Our dog experienced hostle animals who must have attacked him while being boarded. He arrived home with a sizable, open wound on the side of his face. Appeared to be a bite, there was no hair left. He is a 12 yr. old gentle dog, who woudn't hurt a fly. PLEASE, do not leave your animals with her. She's definitely dangerous, argumentive, arrogant, and unruly. Do yourself a favor, save your money and stay home, or find a friend to care for your pet. It's not worth the abuse or aggrivation. Pros: absolutely none! Cons: Animal abuse/cruelty more
