I have used this company for many years for carpenter ants, also bee problems, and any other of my pest control needs. the service has been consistantly prompt and has never failed to solve my problems. more

After moving into our house we found a huge yellow jacket nest under the siding. I called AAA and they came a few hours later to inspect the outside and inside of our house. We had 25 wasps flying around the basement so we couldn't get into the corner to see where the nest might have been. After explaining the price (quote was $150) they came back at dusk (when the yellow jackets are less active.) The technician donned his full body gear and sprayed the area. The yellow jackets were simply far too active to do a thorough job though - he said it was the largest nest he had dealt with in a long time. So he came back the following night (later though to make sure the wasps were much less active) and did a more extensive spraying job. The final price ended up being $265 but we no longer have wasps around and in our house. A few weeks later he returned to check out the nest, which we could at that point see since all the wasps were dead and it was more comfortable sticking our heads into a small space. He probed it to make sure they were all dead, advised me to vacuum up the remnants of the nest and seal the exterior and interior to be safe for next season. BTW after all the wasp activity stopped and they (mostly) died off I cleaned up the basement - I easily picked up over 300 dead wasps, maybe even 400 - my advice: if you think you have a nest, kill it early! If I have another pest problem I will definitely call them again. more

They treated our residence for mice. Phone calls were returned promptly, treatment was scheduled quickly, problem was taken care of efficiently and effectively, price was reasonable. Watch out for this company. They tried to upsell us a bunch of additional services, then lied about what they were doing, were found out when I talked to a legitimate pest control company, denied what they were doing and took our check and ran. Whoever you work with, make sure you get the service agreement, in writing, before working with them. This is the worst vendor experience I've ever had. more

These guys are awesome -- they WILL get rid of any pest problems you have. We called them after we had 6 mice in one day. They came out right away, killed a mouse that was in the apartment, treated every inch of the apartment (with the cat's health in mind), showed us tons of places to seal up.
