BEST birthday ever 10/27/2008

Our 16 year old daughter had a magnificent time!!!! She was the talk of the school on how ""cool"" her hummer limo was. The service was outstanding, and the chauffeur was the best, not to mention the deliciously fresh and sweet complimentary birthday cake. We are recommending all of our friends to Blue Diamond Limo, you absolutely can not beat the service and customer satisfaction. The service from beginning to end was absolutely wonderful: courteous, professional, prompt, everything! HELLO CARRIE PEELE,\r WE UTITIZED YOUR LIMO SERVICE LAST NIGHT FOR OUR PARENTS' 60TH WEDDING ANNIVERSARY. THE ENTIRE NIGHT WAS SPECIAL FOR THEM AND US AND BEGAN WITH THE LIMO. DARREN, THE DRIVER WAS EARLY,FRIENDLY,PROFESSIONAL AND IN A TUX. THE CAR WAS IMMACULATE. Not Again 9/18/2008

To keep it to the point, the limo smelled. The AC didn't work correctly. Our driver got lost. I could have rode the city bus and been happier because I was saving money and getting the same ammenities. more

Carrie, I would give an excellent to all catagories of your survey. Our driver was Bernie and he was on time, polite, helpful, more than accommodating and sober. (We used another service for another event and the driver was not). We also appreciate all of your patience with us in the planning of this wedding. You were very informative and very quick to answer e-mails. The limo was beautiful and very clean inside and out and the air conditioner worked! This was very important to the bride in her white wedding dress and the groomsmen in their white tuxes. Thanks so much for your part in our wedding celebration. Hi Carrie!\r \r I just wanted to tell you how much we appreciated Ross. He was very kind, friendly and professional. He went out of his way to make sure that we had as good of an experience as possible. \r \r I am not one to complain, but do need to make mention of the fact that the air conditioner in the limo needs to be serviced. It was VERY warm in the limo ? we did everything that we could to make it cooler, but it wasn?t very comfortable. I would hate for that to happen to someone else ? especially when you are paying a lot of money to ride around comfortably. Our initial plan was to go to several bars, but we decided beforehand not to do that and just enjoy riding around since we had the limo. We tried to just ride around for awhile, but eventually had to go into a restaurant to cool down. Anyway ? I hope that that gets fixed before the next client.\r \r Overall, I would recommend your service, as you were always extremely friendly and Ross was just wonderful.
