Our daughter Kelly was the one who reserved the limousine for our 25th anniversary, but we'd like to be the ones who responds to the survey. All we can think of to say is WOW!! Although we didn't have any contact with you or the office, Kelly did tell us how helpful and responsive you were when she called. So we'd give you an E on that complete section.\r \r As for our driver, we can only say that he went above and beyond an ""E""! Terry arrived early, was very courteous, professional, and made us feel very comfortable and relaxed. Considering that this was our first limousine ride, that was no easy task! Even though it was a bit misty, he put out the red carpet for us and then opened and poured the champagne before we left. We arrived for our dinner reservations at just the right time, and he was waiting for us when we finished (with a half dozen roses!). He then drove us around for a while, bringing us back home at the perfect time. \r \r We will definitely call you whenever we need a limousine again and will highly recommend your service to family and friends! Our daughter goes to school in NC, and we've used BD several times. The drivers have taken very good care of her, knowing that she is young and traveling alone. The cars are clean, the drivers are friendly and I would recommend BD to anyone. We will continue using them!!!! more

On the surface they seem to have competively low prices, however, BEWARE! Basically, the owner will ""offer"" deals, but TRUST ME - in the end, you'll end up paying. I virtually guarantee that she will find something (overage, wait time, cleaning, etc.) that will EXACTLY match the ""discount"" that you think you are getting up front. The professionalism leaves much to be desired; very ""pety""; a nickle-and-dime type approach which usually represents a lower class operation. I definitely do NOT recommend this service. Superb, simply excellent and professional all around service. I feel that they went beyond their duties in making my wife's 50th birthday a lifetime experience, providing complimentary champagne, birthday cake and of course the red carpet treatment.
