Steve was a great mechanic/instructor. Explained to me the potential issues, and I left with cold AC! The only problem is, well, it didnt stay cold, but he assured me to bring it back in and he'll check it out again, no charge! So, I have been very well taken care of. :) more

Steve help from the start and continued to be there with his crew that never missed a beat. My job was full of surprises that prolonged my involvement to repair it and Steve's shop never faulted with a bigger price. Always fair and I will return. Thanks Steve! more

I had a new compressort installed in October of last year. Unfortunately it was bad and failed in June. Things like this happen, and I don't blame AZ Auto Air for this. They replaced it without question, and I was on my way the next day. It was just a bit inconvenient having to take the vehicle in again, and leaving it overnight for the reparis - so tha't why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. I would continue to use them for my vehicle repairs. more

Once we found the correct door to walk through it was wonderful. I think when receiving a call to come by that the person answering the call should have a short discussion about which door is the correct one. :) more

The staff was super friendly and they were able to tell me what I needed--but more importantly, what I *DIDN'T* need. I brought my car in to Pep Boys prior who said I had a guaranteed leak in my AC unit and that the unit itself was outdated and the only way for anyone to be able to work on it was to convert the whole system costing me thousands of dollars. When I brought it in to Az Auto Air, they discovered that all I needed was a recharge and my system was not 'outdated' at all. I went from a couple thousand dollar quote to paying 135 dollars. Would highly recommend this place! more

My A/C wasnt working properly and I took it to AZ Auto Air. They fixed it really quick and they have one of the most friendly staffs that I have seen in AZ... Highly recomend it. more

I visited Arizona auto air about six weeks prior to the service for an estimate. I received an estimate of over $550 based on needing to replace a hose and engine mounts in my 2007 PT cruiser. I had an estimate from one of the national auto repair chains that I had me going to for a number of years of a breaking hundred dollars. When I took the car in for the estimate everybody was very friendly and make sure I understood everything that they were doing and the reason for their estimate. I was not pressured to have the work done and was told that if I decided to have the work done there they would be very happy at me as a customer. I went back about six weeks after the assessment to have the work done. I dropped the car off the gave me a ride home and picked me back up the car was done within the amount of time they told me would be finished and four $100 less. They told me when they got into the air-conditioning hose they found out it was a simple O-ring rather than hose itself. They replaced the engine mounts and when I drove the car off of the lot there was a significance difference in a way that ran and I had ice cold air-conditioning. A week later I took in my 2007 Dodge ram 1500 mega cab for will drive to have the air conditioner recharged. Again very friendly wanted to make sure that I understood everything they were doing what they found and had to work done for about $150. I received a one-year nationwide warranty on all the mechanical work and would highly recommend this company. I'm now I repeat customer and couldn't be happier. This is a family-owned very professional and ethical company. more
