These guys are the BEST!! I ALWAYS come to them for a second opinion and they NEVER disappoint. Have recommended to everyone I know.

Worst

Smells stale.Mild cooling on himax but not cold like before.Might bring it back for recharging.it was a lot colder before repair.Doubled their money parts less than third total co...

Great Service, attitude and a nice shop with lounge. 11/12/2013

I won an A/C service coupon from Az. Auto Care, Inc. during a raffle at one of our Volvo Club car shows recently. I drove my Dodge Diesel pick up over for the service. John met me with a smile. Took my certificate, and immediately drove my truck into the shop and started working on the A/C system. He checked it over, told me what it needed. We agreed, he did the work, and fixed a leaking shraeder valve, and got me back on the road in less than an hour with an ice cold A/C system.. I was most impressed, and will be back to have an A/C/heater system installed in my street rod. I was most impressed with his willingness to take the time to get me in, get me fixed and out the door on such a short notice. He was very professional, and had all the latest tools and equipment to make the job go quickly and efficiently. I will recommend family and friends to their shop in the future. Steve and the gang at AZ Auto Air couldn't have been more professional or courteous! We were "new comers" to Arizona and our a/c was a furnace! we were quoted $700.00 + from a franchise repair shop Steve and the gang fixed the a/c for a little over a hundred bucks!!! our a/c is going strong, I have had them do other work on my car sense.. I strongly recommend AZ Auto Air for all your auto needs, It will be fixed right, " in record time!" if Steve can't give you same day service, he WILL take good care of you for any inconvenience. Good Mechanics are very hard to find, believe me! AZ Auto Air will always get my first call for my auto repair needs. more

great customer service, caring and honest 9/28/2013

I have been taking my cars here for a few years now. Sometimes I wish the news was better...lol...but at least I don't fell like I am being taken for a ride. They lay out the problem and then all of my options for the solution. Sometimes there is a "for now, get me by" solution that is more affordable and then the "fix it right the first time" solution that is more costly. And the best thing is they don't pressure you to make that decision and they help you figure out how to financially afford the "do it right" solution. more

a/c problem 9/24/2013

You and your staff are great- my a/c works on and off- unfortunately it's been working each time I bring it in for repair and therefore can't be properly diagnosed. I appreciate the fact that you don't just "fix" it at higher price not knowing for sure that the fix will do the trick. more

AC Service Appointment 9/8/2013

The guys at AZ Auto Air did and excellent job. My AC in my 2005 Ford F150 had suddenly quit working, they got me in right away, explained what they were going to do, told me what was required to fix the problem before starting work and performed the work fast and at a fair price! Thanks Guys! more
