I was passing through Ventura on my way to see a friend in Los Angeles when my car began acting up. After being assisted to the side of the highway a fellow motorist used his cell phone to see if he could find an auto shop to help me out. He found AWS Automotive and we called them. Larry, the owner, answered the phone and even though he was just closing his shop for the evening, he told me to sit tight and he'd have a tow truck there for me momentarily. Anyway, Larry spent a couple of hours after the shop had closed and was able to figure out my problem was all but a simple fuse that had gone bad. He had me on my way just a few short hours after I had broken down on the highway. What a great shop that offers superb service. I can't recommend them enough!
