big rip off!!! okay so i bought a set of wheels he said he would install them in two days and they would fit my car with out issues he gave me his word they would work out perfect...

big rip off!!! okay so i bought a set of wheels he said he would install them in two days and they would fit my car with out issues he gave me his word they would work out perfect !!! and he told me it was a flat rate!!!! an this is what i got : they were 2 weeks late , he added extras fees(for labor wich he said was included $120.)once he put them on they were RUBBING really bad ,.. told me to come back the next day to fix the problem anthen gave me the run around for another week after he FIX'd the problem it was worse !!! he didnt want to give me my money back i had to take him to small claims court!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! dnt ever shop there TRUSTTT!!!!!! Cons: LATE,EXTRA FEE'S,BAD SERVICE,didnt say the trueth more

Best wheel/tire and accessories shop in the area! Great products and service. 9/2/2008

Great service and great product selection. I highly recomment AVR Kustoms for your automotive customizations. I have seen other cars that they have customized and they all looked very clean.\r \r A big thanks to Alex and his crew! This place is the BEST. Quick,Clean work and great prices.\r As General Sales Manager of Fremont Toyota we highly recommend AVR to all our customers for wheels.\r The service and quality of installation is far superior than any shop we have ever used before.\r AVR is a 5 STAR wheel & accesories shop. The best wheelshop in The Bay! Great selection, service, and prices! 5/31/2008

I've taken two cars to get wheels & tires here so far, first was my '04 Civic, and now my '03 350Z. They offer great prices, and really do take care of their customers. Before you buy wheels elsewhere or online, talk to Alex, the owner, he'll take care of you. You can rest assured that they wont damage your wheels or car and if they do they have the integrity to make things right. Alex, is the man to talk to if you're looking to get some work done on your car whether it be wheels, tires, tint, detailing or even backup sensors!\r \r I highly recommend this shop, and will be returning to it in the future. more
