I've met a few of the staff members and they have only positive things to say. I met the owner about 5 years ago and I thought she was a pretty good boss at that time, so I think that says alot about a person to have kept their staff happy for such a long time. I've heard that the clients have been with the company for a long time and that they are very satisfied with the company and the staff.
Pros: this company truly cares for the employees as well as the clients.
Cons: I don't know any cons.
