Patriot Automotive did an outstanding job fixing my car (as always). They're professional, honest, hard working, and they know their stuff. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

Worst

Patriot replaced the fuel pump, for a metallic noise however it did not eliminate the noise. I'll need to take it back in now.

I brought my brand new Dodge Challenger to Patriot Motors on the recomendation of the Mopar car club I recently joined and I couldn't be happier with the service I experienced. I felt right at home as soon as I walked into reception with extremely helpful and polite staff. Thank you very much and I'll be a returning customer for sure! more

Professionalism & Courteous 9/3/2014

I never have an amazing experience when I have repairs or service performed on my vehicle. I am so happy to have discovered not only a professional & experienced shop, but a shop that truly cares about every single one of their customers. I have a brand new mustang and am very paranoid about who touches the car when it comes to servicing it. All the technicians at Patriot Automotive are Master Techs. When you walk in the door you sit at a desk with a technician as if you are purchasing a car. You aren't pushed around and treated as if you're another car on the rack. I will definitely return to Patriot for any service or repairs my car might encounter. more

I've been coming since you opened there. I used to go to former business at that address but I've come to Patriot several times since the week you opened and have received good service from Mike and/or Bobby. I usually have pretty new cars since I lease every two years or so but i still need basic service that is too expensive at the Hyundai dealership ie tires, oil changes and that sort of stuff where I will continue to come to Patriot. This shop is full of honest ,friendly,highly skilled staff that get it right and treat you like family. Youre in and out quickly despite the fact this shop is booming with customers. Fixed my Benz no problem! Great job guys!!! more

AMAZING!! ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!! Not only did Mike assure that the problems with my car was fixed but went far and beyond what ANY OTHER mechanic or shop has done for me in the past (and I have taken my car to several other mechanics including the dealership). What a headache that was! Mike and the mechanics worked their bottoms off to keep me a satisfied customer. THAT I AM! Trustworthy, timely, friendly and hard workers. Great job guys! more

Poor Customer Service 7/16/2014

While my sales guy Mike was great, they lost my wheel lock and told me it was already missing. If it was missing they would have already told me. I called and they said it was already missing. I absolutley know it wasnt. I had to buy all 4 and have them replaced at a cost of $47.00 dollars. I would not recommend them and will not return more
