Tired of spending $375 per tire on Michelins for my car. Patriot of course stocks all brands including my "Michelins" but hooked me up with "Falkens" at half the price. They ride great and have great safety ratings on the internet reports. They gave me all the tire options (which was about 8 brands) with no pressure and then beat every tire store in town on price!!! I'll be back again and again.Their my place now for over a year and treat me like family. more

I first started taking my car to Patriot because they were the cheapest place to get an oil change. I have continued going to them because their prices beat out their competitors and their service is outstanding. I recently purchased new tires and Mike’s customer service excelled far beyond what I have ever experienced in the automotive industry. Equipped with a helpful and friendly staff, it is obvious through their attentiveness that not only do they want you to bring your car in for service but they also want to keep you as a valued customer. I will definitely continue taking my car to them in the future. more

I usually do my own car maintenance and minor repairs to save a few bucks but I needed some tires and can't do that at home. I was getting prices around town when a friend told me he got a good deal at Patriot so I checked them out. They gave me a great price on tires! While waiting for the tires to arrive from the warehouse, I mentioned a brake problem I was planning on fixing myself this weekend. The Patriot team checked things out and gave me another great price for brakes. I saved so much on the tires that I was ahead of the game and told them to do it. Then I noticed the sign for a $12.95 oil change and tire rotation. Are you kidding me? I can't buy my own oil and filter for that price not to mention all the mess and disposing of the used oil. Crazy! My car was finished very quickly at the price I was quoted. For inexpensive tires they ride and look great. The brakes stop better than they ever have. They didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. I got tires, front brakes and an oil change done for not very much more than tires alone would have cost me elsewhere. The best thing is that I won't be spending Saturday getting dirty changing oil and fixing brakes. I think my weekend mechanic days are over because they can do it quicker, cheaper and better than I can myself. Win, win, win! One thing that really struck me was how friendly everybody at Patriot is. Great attitudes and they seemed like they were genuinely happy to take care of me. I was made to feel like a member of the family. I could tell the other customers there were getting the same treatment. How refreshing! I also saw that there were several older classic cars getting work done there. You know those car owners don't trust their babies to just anybody. Free coffee, donuts and wifi too! Sorry for the long review but I can hardly explain how happy I am to have found this place. It is just such a different experience than other repair shops I've been to. I'm gonna tell everybody I know and I am never going anywhere else! more

This is the only place I trust to have my oil changed. They make me feel like VIP every time I step into their establishment. I don't know how many places will greet you by first name. I'm always impressed by their service and their hospitality is superb. more

The atmosphere is very nice. The prices are reasonable for oil changes. They are very informative about repair issues that needs to be addressed. The office staff are very friendly. This was my second time and DEFINITELY not my last. Thanks guys. :-) more
