Bait & Switch? 10/19/2011

Responded to their salesperson's Columbus craigslist ad (Jon 614-563-8302) for a 2011 brute Force 750 for $6000. When I texted him at that number and asked him about the posted price he replies "It's my deal or no deal." What?? A call to the dealership told me that it was a misprint and the price was in fact $600 more + tax and title (another $680). Never set foot in the dealership and don't think I ever will with these bait and switch practices. more

Shady practices with restocking fees 8/30/2008

I went in to try on helmets. Every person asked me if I needed help and every person offered to order me the right size in the helmet I wanted. What they didn't tell me was that if the helmet ended up not fitting my head properly they would charge me a 30% restocking fee. I was also told when I bought the helmet that it would be shipped directly to my home. It wasn't; it was shipped to the store instead. Pros: Can't think of any Cons: Limited selection more

Nice Selection 11/14/2005

When in the market for a motorcycle, we visted Ask Powersports as well as several other businesses and decided to purchase our next motorcycle from this company. we chose to go with them because they provided excellent customer service, reasonable prices on the bike, knowledgable staff, large selection to chose from, didnt follow us around buggin us while we were looking, worked with us on the financing(of which several different options are avialable to customers), and the location is quite large and hosts a large collection. I was very pleased with our purchase and based on the way we were handled during our purchase, I would recommend them to friends and family who are in the market for motorcyles and or boats. more
