We bought our A/C in 2008 from ASI after checking out 2 other companies. Since then we have had the servicemen come out for the yearly maintenance. We find them very efficient and pleasant. No problems.\r We recommend them. more

From the receptionist to the actual technician on site, ASI and staff were professional, personal, on time, helpful and educational. We paid a little more than we expected but it was worth it for our well being and preservation of our equipment. We have no problem with that. (PH) more

We have dealt with ASI since 1996 when they installed a new heating and a/c system for my dad's mobile home (great product & service). In 2006, we had ASI replace our heating and a/c system, and again, great product and service. We call on ASI each year to do a routine check up, and the technicians have always been very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. On Wed. 3/1 after doing the regular maintenance check up, Brandon and his co-worker took the time to install a couple of items which we wanted added to our system (thank you!). We've recommended ASI to our friends throughout the years and will continue to do so! more

\r \r On 30 July I had a heating and air conditioning system installed by Chris and James. They arrived at the time planned and did an admirable job of removing the old equipment and installing the new. They were not bothered by my numerous questions and invited me to ask more. They thoroughly explained what they were doing and described the equipment and how it worked. The areas they worked in were left clean and neat when the job was finished. Before leaving they went over the equipment operations and explained all functions thoroughly.\r Until recently I have not had an opportunity to use the system installed due to the mild weather we have been having. Since turning on the air conditioning system I have been very pleased with the quiet operation of the system and the way that it performs. The house was cooled to the desired temperature in a few hours. It was so cool that I had to change the setting on the thermostat to a more comfortable level.\r You have two admirable workmen in Chris and James and I was happy to have them in my home. It was obvious that both individuals were proud of their craft and proud to work for ASI. \r I have recommended ASI to numerous friends and will continue to use ASI for future needs. \r \r more
