They are "Ok". We were with FBA and they were acquired by ASG. After the acquisition, we had need for a service call because our alarm was sending faulty signals to the monitoring center. The repairman came out and while he was nice, it took him forever to diagnose the problem, which turned out to be a simple setting that needed to be changed -- our dog would bark and set off the sound alarm. He was at our house for an hour and 15 minutes minutes, but charged us for two hours at $180. I thought that was a rip-off.
