I requested a maintenance check. I moved into my home six months ago. Gary was thorough in explaining what to look for in any A/C unit to troubleshoot problems, "showing me" as he explained. He found a crimp in a drainage pipe that was blocking good drainage - something likely missed in the initial maintenance check with another company. Solved the issue for $35. Gave written advice on what to consider for the future. Patient, clear, knowledgeable. more

ARS HVAC SENIOR TECH DAVID H. IS THE BEST 8/11/2015

Our HVAC broke down on Sunday night one day before we were going on a trip. David did everything he could to try to save our trip, however we still had to cancel. David still worked several hours to get everything set up so he could return the next morning and replace the faulty coil and recharge our system. We are now cool and comfortable Thanks to David. Great Service, very personable and a wonderful Ambassador for ARS. more

David saw that my Compressor Unit was not installed level and he leveled it. He also answered all my questions in luded the proper way to keep the condensation line clean. I am extremely happy with the service he provided. more

Our service tech. always does a great job. He's courteous, honest and knows what he's doing. Is able to figure problems out where sometimes others fall short. He is neat and clean outside in inside. The company is great, staff (Marty and others) takes good care of us on all phone calls, and stands behind any and all problems and parts that may come up, keeps coming out till the units are working right. We recommend this company, give them a try, you'll be happy you did. And for air conditioning service call and ask for Tommy to come out to take care of you. more

John was on-time and very professional, thorough and fast, as well as courteous and happy to explain all his findings. A few items needed replacement/light repair, and he had all the tools and equipment on-hand to get the job done. more

AC SERVICE CALL 1/18/2015

THE SERVICE TECH TOMMY P. FROM ARS WAS A REAL GEM! HE TOOK TIME TO EXPLAIN WHAT HE DID AS HE WAS DOING IT. ALSO TOOK TIME AFTER THE WORK WAS DONE TO SHOW ME WERE ALL THE AREAS OF CONCERN ARE ON AC UNITES. THE GUY WAS JUST DOWN TO EARTH. NOT PUSHY. TOMMY P. IS A ASSET TO HIS COMPANY "ARS" OF VERO BEACH!! I bought this property and moved in 12/31. My water was not getting hot enough and fortunately when I called the number on the hot water heater ARS sent out Warren who had serviced this house for the past 10 years. He was very professional and knowledgable and quickly determined the thermostat needed to be replace. I will be using ARS and Warren for any future plumbing needs. more
