Tech Willie arrived within 75 minutes of my call to Rescue Rooter. He was friendly, smart, (clean!) and explained the proposed work plainly, stated that the old pipes could break while he was trying to open the seal (which would cost more), and gave me a quote of $253 before starting the work.When I accepted, Willie got my kitchen sink drain unstopped quickly, and without damaging the pipes or wall. I would use him again for my future plumbing needs. more

Excellent worker.........excellent management skills. Was most complete and teaches as he is discussing your current or future problems. I noticed he was explaining to the junior worker but was most respectful to him. I hope he comes again. Kudos to Juan......... more

Called Rescue Rooter to fix an emergency plumbing problem. Jorge V arrived on time and fixed the problem and made repairs to the plumbing structure to avoid future issues. Cole was my repair guy and he explained all the options to me to fix my water heater. He was very detailed in explaining why I needed to do certain things. He seemed very professional in explaining the job and the work looked to be professionally done. I had an issue with a water heater that apparently was poorly put in. more

Our technician, Stephen was amazing. Unfortunately, the cost of repairs were more than we were quoted originally due to a difference in the actual fixture we had but Stephen worked hard to make us happy and went above and beyond what is "normal." He even came back the next day to seal his work with some silicone that he did not have access to the night before. Stephen deserves 5 stars, but because of the price difference, I am giving 4. more

Cole was professional, quick and gave me a good price. I had a plugged bathroom sink and he explained what he was going to do and he removed the U pipe and cleaned the old pipe in the wall of all kinds of sticky goo. He was here for probably one hour at the most and he cleaned up the area under the sink and tested the sink. It worked and the water once again flowed down the drain. I appreciate the honesty of the Rescue Rooter LA North and how quick he worked. Thank you. more

Toilet leak at 7:30 pm on a Sunday night, ugh. Called a small business (trying to buy local), the guy came out and quoted us $700. Since we rent, the owner sent him away with a $40 service fee. Then called Rescue Rooter. The phone rep was very nice and thorough and said the plumber would be there in an hour. Exactly one hour later he called back to say it'd be another 45 minutes. Ernesto showed up exactly 45 minutes later. Really nice young guy, he checked it out, told us what he thought was going on and gave us a price quote:$450 with AAA discount. He had to pull the toilet out and snake. He let us know everything he was going to do and got our approval before continuing. He cleared the clog and gave us a recommendation to have them come back with a special camera to see what was happening. (as we have chronic drain problems). He gave us a reasonable quote and they came out and did the work. They showed us exactly what was happening (roots!) and made more recommendations. I thought Ernesto did a fine job and that the company was exactly what you'd hope for: clean, organized, fair, up front, mostly prompt and delivered what we needed. We'd definitely use them again. more
